Awful awful awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Very personable when selling you the car but they totally ignore you once they have your money. There were multiple issues with the car, none of which have been resolved (even though they took the car in for work). They say they MOT'd it but I don't know how it got through. The tyres were dodgy enough for me to have a blow out on the A27. The driver seat belt socket doesn't work. The car is fumey through the heaters and it transpires that the injectors need replacing and have done for some time - waaaay before i bought the car. This is expensive work. The stereo doesn't work. Reuben has not answered any calls or messages. Some of the tel numbers that i have found for the company are dud and do not work. I am so sorry that I did not see these reviews before I bought the car. I am an NHS worker that has lost a lot of money on this vehicle, just at a time that i needed something reliable. I feel sick each time i think about it.

The car was faulty but Prime Carz refused to acknowledge or fix the problems. I'm left with a car that is costing more money than I bought it for, just to get it running safely. No idea how they got it through the MOT.

Would not buy any cars from prime carz. They sold me a car with faulty transmission, dripping engine oil, fake mot expire, missing spare wheel, missing car security code without me knowing. They then hang up phone on me, blocked my phone number, no reply to my emails and text message. I had to report this to police auction fraud, trading standards, created a website, create Facebook, Twitter page and court proceedings before they respond. The employee is a very dishonest person, make sure you use your phone record any conversation with him.

Just to point out we had a full AA report a day before you collecting the car. We have offered you a full refund within a week from you reporting the problem and you are rejecting the FULL REFUND

You did not offer a full refund within a week of reporting the fault. I first reported the fault on the 21/02/2018 You claimed you sold me a fully working car with no warranty no refund, you then claim you sold me the car as spares and repairs no warranty no refund. I then had to investigate the history of this car and its faulty transmission. You advertised the car as 70,000 and 71,000 miles with 12 months MOT. The UK MOT records stated the car had already done 145,000 miles and only had 5 months MOT left. After I gained proof from the previous owner who confirmed they part exchanged the to Eden Vauxhall Newbury confirming to eden Vauxhall it had a faulty transmission. I pass this info to you, you then hang the phone up and block my number. You later held me at ransom for my £3000 refund. You claim you will not refund my £3000 paid for the car unless I sign an agreement that my £3000 is the final settlement with no compensation for my losses spent on repairing oil leaks, diagnosing faulty transmission and missing car parts, plus hassle I have had with the faulty car you sold to me close to one month.

AGREED! Wish had seen your review. I’m disabled and they have tried to rip me off. Have contacted the BBC and they are going to pay them a visit. HMRC would be interested to know they are trading from dissolved company with an non existent / dissolved VAT code. Can’t say too much as ongoing actions/ but they will not be getting away with it.
