Excellent After Sales/Service Team and fab car! PureCars showroom is state of the art, very impressive. We drove over 200 miles to see the car, was it worth it? Absolutely! Love my new white BMW 420i M Sport. James Mallison in the After Sales/Service Team was very professional and provided excellent customer service. After securing a car and paying a deposit of £500, Pure Cars decided to cancel the deal and try and get my to use their own finance company. I was told they no longer deal with any car finance companies other than their own one, despite them having already received the full payment for the car.

1.0 Feefo Avoid at all costs Awful experience. Took from me £500 deposit, and I have changed my mind before signing any agreement or finance. Also wrong milleage on order form hence wrong price foe my car. No refund received and now sols will deal with it. Also the deposit is kept without me signing any agreement hence kept without my approval or right to do so. Apparently is kept as they washed car to prepare it, which is ridiculous. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Make sure you do not pay absolutely anything

After seeing a Audi e tron advertised I put a £99 deposit on it, I then had a phone call the following day to be told it was advertised at the wrong price and they wanted £6000 more I cancelled the order there and then. I have now been emailing and calling for two weeks now to get my money back and just to add to the bad service they have taken further money without any authorisation. I instantly rang to be told it was my fault and I must of placed another order I would avoid this company at all cost they are very unhelpful and just pass you around when you call total con artist. Still awaiting two refunds. AVOID AVOID AVOID
We part exchanged our Honda Civic for a fabulous Lexux UX. It was all done very smoothly and efficiently. Thanks Matty - great job.

After an attempted hard sell and having paid a deposit agreed to confirm purchase first thing in morning - shook hands deal done, so I thought. 20 minutes later got call saying if I couldn’t commit they would sell to someone else- totally dishonest and untrustworthy

Told if I paid 500£ deposit fully refundable guess what didn’t go through with sale as car too much money but they refuse to return deposit never had this before with any car dealer beware don’t use this company
