After buying my Tesla from pure cars the after service as been the worst I have ever had the sales team where spot on and could not do enough for you I have been back now three times with water in the rear light first time for them to take a look second time to fit the light they got the wrong one third time they have the new light great I thought after having it for a full day they phoned for me to pick up my car yet again to be told they have the wrong light then a phone call few days later to say they where going to take a light off a car they have for sale and was going to phone me back in half hour that was two weeks ago I looked at a new car for my wife but don’t think I would buy from pure cars again shame because sales where great

I phoned regarding a Maserati Quattroporte for sale and from my initial enquiry to the final handover everything was faultless. We were introduced to Dan Lockwood who would be looking after us and I must say he is a very pleasant and patient guy whom you can’t help but treat him as a close friend due to his demeanour.
