After seeing a Audi e tron advertised I put a £99 deposit on it, I then had a phone call the following day to be told it was advertised at the wrong price and they wanted £6000 more I cancelled the order there and then. I have now been emailing and calling for two weeks now to get my money back and just to add to the bad service they have taken further money without any authorisation. I instantly rang to be told it was my fault and I must of placed another order I would avoid this company at all cost they are very unhelpful and just pass you around when you call total con artist. Still awaiting two refunds. AVOID AVOID AVOID

After an attempted hard sell and having paid a deposit agreed to confirm purchase first thing in morning - shook hands deal done, so I thought. 20 minutes later got call saying if I couldn’t commit they would sell to someone else- totally dishonest and untrustworthy

Told if I paid 500£ deposit fully refundable guess what didn’t go through with sale as car too much money but they refuse to return deposit never had this before with any car dealer beware don’t use this company

After buying my Tesla from pure cars the after service as been the worst I have ever had the sales team where spot on and could not do enough for you I have been back now three times with water in the rear light first time for them to take a look second time to fit the light they got the wrong one third time they have the new light great I thought after having it for a full day they phoned for me to pick up my car yet again to be told they have the wrong light then a phone call few days later to say they where going to take a light off a car they have for sale and was going to phone me back in half hour that was two weeks ago I looked at a new car for my wife but don’t think I would buy from pure cars again shame because sales where great
