I buy about one van a year from quadrant vehicles and have always found them easy to deal with. They give decent money for trade ins and their new vans are priced to be the cheapest on the market. I deal with Darren who is friendly and helpful. Quadrant are a great company
Pre owned vans by Quadrant Vehicles, Matthew the owner that states new vans is a liar..DVLA informs me of this steer clear of them ...go to ford dealer instead cheap side steps which you can't use no manuals for anything not even the log book.

Not one place on the Quadrant Vehicles website does it say pre registered vehicles only sold at Quadrant, if you look on the site it says NEW VEHICLES, and no log book to find this out I was told by the DVLA, The law states that section 10 tear off from V5C should be given to the new keeper and they should notify DVLA on pre registered vehicles sales and a log book should follow in 2 to 4 weeks, The owner of Quadrant seems to think log books are not important ! I was told they have stock held at main dealers, not they are all pre registered I will be speaking to the finance company and any relevant parties. Way to make a good looking deal bad Quadrant👎

No service book and manual for the van .. boot polish on the wheel to cover up the scrap marks... 2018 plate with a 68 plate put on it .. Matthew the sales guy at Quadant Vehicles, what a joker beware guys .. the van was sold saying it had 9 miles on the clock it turned up with 440 miles on the clock it's only 230 miles from their place to mine .. they say free delivery in the ad then want to charge 200 pound for it ... steer clear no after sales support go to ford dealer instead.

You may recall we did speak about the missing book pack the day you had the Van delivered and there is one on order for you which will sent out as soon as it arrives. In advance of releasing the Vehicle to your address, it does need to be delivered to Quadrant Vehicles which is where the additional mileage would have come from. We have no knowledge regarding the scrape on the wheel and are very saddened by your feedback as we have many satisfied customers who more often than not return to us for their replacement Vehicles. As you had mentioned, it is indeed a lovely Van and we wish you many happy years driving it. Wishing you a prosperous 2018/19.
