Quality Part X have been great! Unfortunately 9 days after I purchased the car it was stolen which is obviously not their fault but I called and they sorted all the paperwork for me. They've been lovely and so kind over the phone. In terms of the actual sales process, it was quick, simple and a good test drive.

The process I had when buying the Kia Sportage from Quality part X was very good. They were very helpful, but I knew I wanted the car, so it was quite an easy sale for them. I knew I wanted the Sportage I had seen it online and I had people who had also suggested that this is a good car to get. The car was quite enclosed, but they got it out for me and they were very friendly. it was a good experience for the both of us.

We had issues with the first car we chose so went back and they exchanged it for us. Everything went through no issues. The staff were amazing, they did their best. Outstanding.

I paid a deposit on 6 October to reserve a car for 7 days. Just two days later, they informed my finance company that the car had been sold to Scott (I am definitely not Scott!), despite calling me that same morning to arrange a viewing. Since then, I’ve had to call 11 times, provide my card details 3 times to 3 different people, and resend the same email with proof of payment twice. The lack of organisation and communication is absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, I still haven’t received my deposit back. Every time I call, I’m asked for my card details again and told it will be sorted immediately. I’ve been given this reassurance four times now, and I’m getting fed up with the constant chasing and empty promises. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Very disappointing experience – avoid..........avoid I reserved a car at Quality Part X in Dunstable on 24th September and paid a £100 deposit. Initially I was told to come the next day, but when I arrived the car wasn’t ready. They then said it needed more work and told me to come back in two weeks. No one contacted me in that time – I had to call them myself, only to be told the car still wasn’t ready. I decided to cancel and requested my £100 refund. Despite this, weeks later I still haven’t received my money back. When I called about the refund I spoke to a staff member named Idris, who was rude, took my details, and then hung up on me. Poor communication, unreliable promises, and a complete failure to process a simple refund. I would not recommend this dealership.

Car is fine but only problem we had was with the road tax which has been sorted now. Staff were ok, they dealt with us pretty well. They were friendly people and we drove a few cars before we decided on one and they were patient.

It was really good on the day at Quality Part Ex. Hayder was really helpful, We had a lot of trust issues going to a dealer but he really restored our faith. The car needed some bodywork repair so picked up a week later, the handover was quick.

I saw the car on Autotrader, had a test drive and got it the same day which felt good. It was good at the dealership. I liked how quickly they got the car sorted for me but lost half point as they did take a while giving me my deposit back. I can’t remember his name but the guy who helped me out was sweet.

Purchased a Peugeot 2008 from Quality Part X because I liked the look of it. I have been enjoying the car as well. The customer service there was okay, I would consider them again in the future.
