The experience at Quality Part X was great and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The car has an issue with the tracking, but it got done straight away.

I have been enjoying the Ford Puma that I got from Quality Part X. I did have a few minor issues with it, but I have taken it back to them and they have sorted it out, I am now enjoying it. They were very good at getting these issues resolved. I took it and they said I could get it booked in or if I was happy to wait, they’d get it in now and have a look while I was there. The communication was good which made the process smooth. They let me know what they were doing and what I could do, everything was good. The only thing I would say is that I felt slightly rushed when deciding on the comprehensive warranty apart from that though everything was fine.

Was looking for a larger car due to having a baby and needing room for a pram in the boot. We were looking at Mazdas then we found what we were looking for. The customer service was good they were helpful, they were all quite assertive, just made sure everything was okay and whether we need any help. The initial customer service was great even without having to seek their attention. We haven't had any issues or anything, so we were happy with the service.

So far so good, they were really nice, and they were quite quick with getting everything sorted for me. Then the man showed me around the car and showed me where everything was. They lined up and waved me and my daughter off the which I thought was really sweet. I went to Quality Part X because I was specifically looking for the Suzuki S-Cross and they had one at a good price that I could afford. I have no complaints!

When I was looking for a new car the Cupra came up at Quality Part X. It was standard customer service which was alright and the car has been okay so far. The guy who did a test drive with me was Ahmed and he was good. I do think the sales process could have been better but I think I would still go back to them again.
