Quality Part X located in Dunstable were superb to deal with, I did have an issue with the engine management light coming on the car when I first got it and when I let them know about this they were fast to get it back into their garage to get the problem rectified for me. I would 100 percent feel confident to come back to this dealer to buy another car off them in the future knowing they are not just interested in the sale of the car but that they also actually care about their customers and that they provide a decent aftercare service. I was really shocked by a follow up call from them also asking how everything was going with the car and how I found the customer care whilst buying my car off them. The team at Quality Part X Stevenage got back to me within good speed about everything, they did not over complicate anything or try to mug me off with anything. The Vauxhall Corsa I got from them is doing very well and getting me from A to B anyway so I cannot complain can I. I was amazed at how courteous and professional these guys are. When I first got my Ford Focus from you there was a problem with the engine management light on the car. I told them about this and they were on the ball to get this fixed for me very quickly and the car has been running flawlessly since. I had a wonderful experience with Quality Park X, I was looking for a Jaguar I-Pace and they had the perfect one for me. I was travelling over from Northern Ireland so I was a bit nervous about buying a car without seeing it in person, but the staff were amazing with me, they were in constant communication with me via Whatsapp showing me photos and videos of the car to reassure me and make the trip worthwhile. When I arrived at their dealership I was greeted by friendly and professional staff and made to feel very welcome, they showed me the car and it looked even better than it did in the photos and videos. It was in immaculate condition inside and out, it had all the features I wanted and more, it was a dream come true. I took the car for a test drive, it was smooth and powerful and I fell in love with it instantly, the staff helped me with the paperwork and they explained everything clearly. I am very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a quality car, they are honest, reliable and customer-oriented. They have a great selection of cars, they offer excellent service and value and they are the best car dealership I have ever dealt with.
