All seems good so far. They are local and have lots of choice, so I went there. First time using them and I think id go back again. I gave four stars though as im still chasing some paperwork. The staff were polite and friendly and I have already have recommended them others.

Specifically, was looking for the Kia Niro and I saw that the Quality Part X had it in stock I travelled to the Stevenage branch to get it. There was a couple of issues that were addressed promptly. I decided to go to Quality Part X because they allowed me to make a payment on my credit card which a lot of companies don’t do. On the day of the sale I felt as though they were rushing quite a lot but the after sales was good However, the aftersales made a difference with the experience I had.

Quality part X is local to me, I was looking for a Renault Megane. The experience I had there was really smooth. The only downside was that they didn’t let me know that the car was missing the mats this is the only major thing that I think they should’ve let me know, the car also hadn't been cleaned 100% there was still some sticky residue. Apart from that though the customer service I got was good, I didn’t really want to drive the car but they insisted which was nice.

The Ford Fiesta that I got from Quality Part X has been alright, I do have a slow puncture which I was hoping would be covered within my warranty. I went to Quality Part X after seeing them online and wanting a new car. Overall, my experience there was alright.

When looking online they happened to have the car I was looking for so I went and collected it. I can say the handover process was perfect and the customer service was excellent. There was a little delay in seeing someone when I got there but I'm not complaining. The Citroen is wonderful!
