Jimmy and the team at Quirks made the process of buying a car very easy and stress free. Jimmy made sure things not quite right with the car on initial viewing were put right when I collect it. When I had an engine problem with the car, Jimmy arranged for it be be collected, rectified and returned to me quickly. I would recommend Quirks if you want to buy a car with no hassle.

I went to this quirks car company dealership in wichford Essex the man Chris was helpful and sweet talking at first he promised to put 2 new wheels on the car as they had problems from inside and there was a knocking noise from the car which he also promised to fix but than after the deposit Is payed he was rude and un helpful when I got home I realise the wheels they changed wasn't new they was refurbished with 2 nails in them he was rude on the phone to me and nothing has been done what he said he would do the worst rudest company I have ever been to I bought a black BMW 2011 car.

I am very sorry to see this bad review, we take pride in being a fair company who do straight forward business. When the vehicle was put through our workshops the car was thoroughly inspected by our highly experienced workshop technician and no evidence of play or wear was found. The tyres were changed and when the vehicle went through our workshops there were no nails present in the tyres. Having spoken to you previously, it was agreed that the vehicle would be bought back to our workshop so you could explain the noise to our technicians and any issues, if found, would be rectified. Unfortunately you have not yet brought the vehicle back to us and therefore we have not had the opportunity to further address your concerns. Please could you contact us to agree a date for you to return the vehicle for inspection. Thanks.

Had great Customer service from Lewis at Quirks Car Company. Really professional and helpful and knew all about the A7 we were buying. No pressure to purchase Insurances or extended Warranties. Delighted with the A7. Thanks to Lewis and Quirks, wouldn't hesitate to use you again even though you're 70 miles away!

Don't ever give a deposit unless you are 100% you are going to buy I lost £500 at Quirks Cae Company.

I purchased an M3 of Quirks Car Company last August, just never got round to writing a review! Amazing customer service, top quality car. They even carried out a full inspection of the car and found a spring had cracked, and replaced that too! They also fully detailed the car and considering it was a car that is 13 years old, it was in impeccable condition! Furthermore, the car I bought was in high demand but yet I placed a deposit over the phone, and it sure did not disappoint! Thanks QCC.

Unbelievable company in the worst sense of the word, the advert by quirks cars stated that the Porsche we purchased had dual climate control and xenon lights and after a couple of days later discovering the car had neither, their answer after passing it on to Their legal team was we should have read the disclaimer! Also when we picked up the car we were told that they could not access the second key and it will be forwarded on by recorded delivery in a small Jiffy bag. What arrived was a large Jiffy bag with Porsche booklets and no key. Again the response from their legal team was that the advert never stated there was a second key. For gods sake we're talking about a £43000 , 6 month old Porsche, unbelievable! after receiving threats from their legal team if I take it further it is now with my legal team. You have been warned, Use this company at your peril

We here at Quirks car company are sorry you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you are correct in regards to the two items of spec being advertised incorrectly, one being dual zone climate control when the vehicle just had climate control and the other being xenon headlamps, so not to act incorrectly we did pass the case to our solicitors who did point out the advert did state `Whilst every effort is made to represent details accurately on our Web Site, variations, errors or omissions may occur and so the information contained herewith does not constitute an offer for sale of any particular vehicle, accessory or specification. Customers are advised to contact us to confirm vehicle features & details`however what you haven`t mentioned in your review is all the additional items of specification the vehicle ended up having additionally which also were not advertised and to your advantage which far outweighed in value the two items incorrectly advertised. in reference to the spare key, we did send you the spare key and was also sent recorded delivery and what you also unfortunately forgot to add in your review is that when the jiffy bag was delivered in your own admission it was torn at the bottom, hence why we strongly recommended you took the vehicle to Porsche to have the key you had re programmed, we would only have recommended that if the key had of been in there. Please feel free to get in touch with either the salesman who handled the sale or one of the directors to see if we can offer you something in the form of compensation for your inconvenience. Quirks cars have partly redeemed themselves in that I have been refunded the cost of a spare key reprogrammed. To my part I said I will try to have my reviews removed(I have already removed one). However I feel we are still out of pocket of £150 for a solicitors letter I feel we were forced to send to dismiss the ridiculous claims we received from quirks legal team. Also an apology would not go amiss from their legal team. If quirks cars take this into consideration I will be satisfied that they have done everything to fix this situation and I will ask for the review to be removed.

I am very happy with my Mercedes Benz from Quirks Car Company. I purchased it back in August and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. the car was clean and as described when I received it and the dealers have been really helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealership.

Quirks were absolutely brilliant - friendly, attentive, great attitude and their customer service was excellent. The salesman was extremely helpful and I have recently recommended a family member who is currently getting a car from them too. I'll definitely be buying my cars from them in future.

Not sure if they were just having a bad day or not. I went to collect my £74000 car after giving them a £1000.00 holding deposit over the phone. I was told the car was ready for collection. When I arrived they were too busy to see me, so I went and had a look at my car. It had large badly touched up stone chips across the wings and bonnet. The Windscreen was peppered with chips (windscreens for these cars are 2.5k plus). The rear bumper was scuffed and scratched. The tyres were just legal. The drivers seat was scuffed as were the sill plates. As for the so called valet it looked like Stevie Wonder had done it. By now fifteen minutes had passed and no one had appeared. Disgusted I left. After about an hour they called me. And to be fair offered to go over the car with me. But I had lost all confidence in them. Thing go wrong I get that. What is more of a worry is they will not return my calls, or emails and are holding my deposit. Forcing me to have to take legal action to recover it. They messed up, wasted my whole day, I also lost a days money and travel costs. All I was trying to do was buy a car. Something that should have been a fun experience turned into a right pain. I think they are basically a good bunch, not dishonest. Possibly a victim of their own success, in that they are too busy to do their jobs properly. They need to address their quality control and customer service when things go wrong. Ignoring a problem will not make it go away. So maybe I was just unlucky. Make up your own minds.

Customer service is appalling, never bother to reply to e mails or calls, Mileages on cars are wrong, they say 30,000 miles then when you get there it's 34,000, then not bothered attitude if you buy or not and no apology for wasting your time. Keep going on about wining awards makes me wonder how, when this is very basic stuff. Think they need to get back to basics, write the adverts properly instead of waffling to make the cars look better in adverts than they actually are, and maybe reply to customers, as I thought that is gow you sell cars
