Travelled 370 miles to R & S Performance at Accrington to view a vehicle we had made a deposit for. We were well met and welcomed politely and viewed and tested the car. Unfortunately, it was not the vehicle for us and explained this to the team at R & S Performance - they were sympathetic and completely understood our position. The following morning I sent details of my bank account to R & S Performance and requested return of my deposit - IT WAS RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF MY EMAIL! It is all too easy to criticise - but when something goes right it should be noted! Thank you Gentlemen for your understanding and prompt follow up administration.

RS PERFORMANCE ARE COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! ABSOLUTELY BUNCH OF CON MEN they do not up hold anything they say tell you its been service etc fake paper work and documents then block you from there website so can you can leave any more back feed back DO NOT ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!
Travelled over 50 miles to look at a car & looked nothing like the photos almost like they had been photoshopped. High prices too seem 2-3 thousand pound dearer than any other dealer

Purchase of car was easy process. However the aftercare is shocking. Have to keep chasing them and they promise to call you back. However nobody bothers calling and you have to go through whole process again. Like all companies when they have your money they dont want to know. Beware as they will be very nice when selling the car, really need to work on their aftercare. That is the difference between a great company and great customer service and a company that only cares about taking your money then dont want to know.

Still had no response to initial inquiry over 3 months ago. Promised someone would come out to sort a defective key in 4 weeks. However over 3 months later nothing and have not replied to any messages. Another cowboy operation that takes your money then cannot be bothered to deal with issues after. That is the the difference between a professional outfit and a bunch of cowboys like R and S Performance. Disgrace to the industry.

Exactly the same here, almost a year ago I purchased a car from them and am still waiting for spare key strut brace , also told them air con wasn’t blowing cold. Could never get hold of boss was just told I’ll get him to call you. Then they tried charging me £5000 for a car that was left in storage there even though there was no mention of any storage fees. Total bunch of cowboys
Very disappointed, after travelling from far found the car on front of me completely different from the pictures! I was really shocked!! From outside to inside, and was not mentioned nothing on the advertising or pictures! The even make it look like almost new on the picture! And I told him that, and after he texted me and told me the can Spray the bonnet for me! And we are not speaking about some cheap car ! It lexus that cost around £14000!!! ALL WHAT I HOPPED WAS TO TELL ME THE TRUTH BEFORE TO TRAVEL THERE OR MINIMUM TO DESCRIBE IT LIKE IT'S!!!! So think 2 times if you're going from far!

Just to confirm we understand there was an issue with your battery not holding charge and we advised we would replace the battery however you have failed to mention you part exchanged / swapped a vehicle that had catostrophic electrical issues with an approximate repair bill of £3700. As advised, explained and offered you to take your vehicle back you were at this point ignoring our calls however if you wish the offer is still there we will take our vehicle back and you can have yours back. NOT ALL DEALERS ARE WHAT YOU HAVE PORTRAYED IN YOUR REVIEW IN THIS CASE SEEMS LIKE THE PRIVATE BUYER HAS CONNED US !
I bought a 2016 range rover evoke, the service fron the start was great, I had the car within 2 days, the process was quick and easy. I was very excited with the car and collected it 3:30pm yesterday. I drove around 1 mile and parked it outside my shop awaiting for a friend to take a look, when he arrived he spotted a small crack in the front window, around half a cm, very difficult to notice during a rainy day. I called the company as the warranty doesn't cover glass but thought they would look at it as it was clearly there when I bought it, the gentleman was fairly rude in the phone and immediately tried telling me it would of failed the m o t . He did tell me to bring it in for them to take a look, for what it was worth I got it sorted my self as they were quite rude. Aside from this everything else was OK. Just need to be carful when buying a new car, excitement get the best of me
