0.8 PLEASE AVOID AT ALL TIMES THE WORST CAR DEALER IN THE UK I purchased the Porsche Cayenne for £42000.00 December 2020, the car was delivered on a transporter and not by a driver, I did think that this was very unusual at the time but the owner of the garage, said it was due to Covid Restrictions, which I did accept at the time, but I do know now why this car was delivered on a transporter it was because the car would have not made it this far as I was to find out to my expense, the car was not fit for purpose. There was so much wrong with the car there is not enough room on this page to explain it all. It cost me a further £8000.00 to try and get my money back by issuing court proceedings, making a total of £50000.00, in the end we decided to settle out of court just to levitate incurring further cost for the sum of £45000.00, making my total loss on this car £3000.00. The Porsche is now back up for sale in his showroom for the sum of £45995.00 all I can say is leave well alone and the garage as this has been a very costly experience.

I bout my car a couple of weeks ago from Paul, it was a straight forward, stress free process and Paul along with everyone else there were very helpful. I am extremely happy with my new car and would highly recommend for others to shop there.

My new car is stunning and in pristine condition exactly as described by Paul… and then some! However, most impressed at the customer care and service experience I received from start to finish. I was assured, kept informed and valued from start to finish. All information and expectations given by Rawdon Motors prior to delivery proved to be honest and accurate. Excellent follow up to ensure satisfaction .... even after they have your money is also a very fine trait! I cannot recommend this company enough - they will look after you! The lads were spot on, the car a good price, got £200.00 more part exchange than Auto-trader quoted and a really nice car with a 12 month premium warranty. I'd highly recommend this company if you're looking for a second hand car.

Oh Boy. How refreshing to meet with and deal with a second hand car dealer that does what they say they will do. No names needed but I have nothing but praise for the service which I received whilst both selling and buying from Rawdon Motors. When I had a problem after my purchase there was no " Well it is covered by the guarantee you got with your purchase" instead they just asked me to return straight away and immediately commenced to put the car back through the workshop and carry out a satisfactory repair. I hasten to add that this was two weeks after the purchase. i would like to thank all the staff involved and confirm that I will be returning each time I require a change of car. Thank you. Malcolm C.
