My nephew bought a car off this dealer.had problems from the start,was told to take it back for a refund,Then Jason started saying my nephew was dodgy because,he paid cash, Jason accused him of being involved in criminal activities
Nearly purchased a cat s. This was undisclosed or put in small print that was hardly noticeable.. Stay clear

Awful. Frequently try and hide CATN/CATS vehicles. They don’t write it in the listings - I found out just in time by running an HPI check. Rude and unprofessional. Read other reviews - they all say the same thing!

Terrible service, provides fake warranty, cars sold much higher price than market, horrible staff, never buy anything from Redbridge Motor Trade.

We are very sorry to hear that if you had problem or unsolved issue with warranty companies but you should have contacted us for any issue by the way we don't sell fake warranties.
Very calm and relaxed salesman offered me a cup of coffee which I needed one bought the car ford Kuga 2016 Cat D repaired I am in love with it great value for money and great job and well represented.
Confirmed everything I have ever heard about so-called second-hand car dealers. Car they tried to sell me was a class 's' insurance write off and they refused to refund my monies when I told them I had changed my mind about the purchase having been told by my insurance company that the vehicle was uninsurable. Small claims courts involved and I got most of my money back but not all. Buyer beware is all I can say. Not a happy experience

Hi we have not sold any Mercedes A class (write off) in last few years and have never got any small claim court recorded against us by you . False feedback
Go there with a laid back approach, you will see decent cars at decent prices and if you don’t mind a bit of hanging around you might get a cup of tea. I bought a big merc and am pleased as punch with the overall way Jason looked after me Would I buy again .... yeah I think so Ken

My experience was somewhat different from yours. Don't appreciate people trying to sell me a car that is a class 's' write off, and get really annoyed when they refuse to refund monies paid in good faith when I cancel the deal having discoverd from my insurance company that the car is uninsurable. I was entitled to a full refund under concumer protection legislation but I had to get the small claims courts involved and Abdullah was totally obstructive and hostile. He still owes me @£100,00! Hope noboby else is daft enough to deal with this crew.
