I bought a 2000 BMW ALPINA B3 from Redbrook at end of January 2016 and as the car is quite old i was a little wary, however Harris was excellent throughout the sale process. At first the car didn't start due it being parked for a while, I took it back and they replaced the battery free of charge. Since that has happened the car has had a little hiccup so I took it to a friend of a friend (walkers rochdale) to have a look, due to the age we couldn't plug it in to diagnose any issues of any. I later received a phone call from Redbrook as it turns out that they also know Walkers, to check i was okay and the car was okay. Harris assured me if it wasn't I could take it back for them to have a look at once i have it diagnosed. I think this is going the extra mile to make sure I am happy after the sale has been done. I would highly recommend Redbrook in the future.

Not being a person that normally leaves reviews or compliments and having just purchased a lovely Jaguar from Redbrook Motors, I felt that I had to comment on the amazing service I have received from Haris. After traveling for over three hours from the south east coast to Rochdale, Haris very kindly picked me up from the train station and provided me with some much needed refreshment upon my arrival. I was given every assistance and time to fully inspect the vehicle,with Haris even arranging for me to use a ramp at a local garage to complete a very extensive inspection, followed by a lengthy road test. Given that the car I was purchasing was one of the older and cheaper cars at Redbrook, I was very impressed with the fact that Haris devoted several hours attention to me, whilst providing very honest and open discussions with regards to the vehicle. He was also very realistic in the price negotiations and provided me with a excellent deal. I first saw this vehicle advertised on Autotrader which had a comprehensive and accurate description of the car. Prior to my visit I did check out reviews of Redbrook Motors online and was a little concerned about some negative reviews being posted. Given the fact that Redbrook has a stock of over a hundred cars and a massive monthly turn over, the number of negative reviews posted is small and disproportionate and defiantly contradictory to the high level and quality of service I received. Therefore I felt it important that I left a review to assist in redressing this imbalance . After all I think I am no different to anyone else in being more likely to complain than compliment. I cannot thank Haris enough for putting me into my dream car with a price and service I had not found in months of previous searching throughout the country. I have no hesitation in recommending that any one looking for a used vehicle seriously considers Redbrook Motors in their search.

Things started going wrong on the car I bought from them on the way home, £12,000 was spent. I would only recommend you stay as far away as possible from this company. I had no response from them for four months and that was after emails and recorded delivery letters to which they said they had never received (my a__e). They also did not even activate the extended warranty I bought at the point of purchase (shocking customer care/service) Eventually got my money back through the charge scheme operated by Visa. It took five and a half months though. Stay Stay away from Redbrook Motor Company.

I've bought a Ford kuga . Found them reallly easy to deal with and got the deal I wanted( including the car having half a tank of fuel ). I needed a jack kit for the car and they promptly acquired me one. They have an excellent range of vehicle and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or buy again.

I will be talking to TRADING STANDARDS about Redbrook Motor Company. I lost hundreds of pounds because I followed the advice of a representative at the company, only to have another employee tell me that the first had 'exceeded their authority', as if I know who has what authority. It was, by their own admission, completely their mistake but they point blank refused to refund me anything, When on the phone an employee called Harris attempted to persuade me that I had behaved dishonestly and that he was the victim, unbelievable experience, avoid.

Bought a car from Redbrook motor company a few weeks ago . Very helpful staff and there was no pushy sale tactics that you get at main dealers . Only little gripe was a couple of the alloys were scuffed on the car in question , but Haris and ash got these refurbished at their cost , which gave me the peace of mind that these guys cared about what they were selling , and the importance of good service . A full tank of fuel would have been nice but overall a pleasure dealing with them .

I wish I had read the reviews about Redbrook Motor Company on this page before purchasing this car. I bought a SEAT Leon FR 2010 reg from this dealer, after saving up for a long time at the age of 24, it seemed perfect. How very wrong was this. When I went to pick the car up, it had not even been cleaned, covered in bird muck. Little did I know a few days after i got it home the glow plug light and Engine Management Light came on. I took it to Awesome GTI to be serviced, who basically said they cannot believe the car has been sold in that condition. It needed a lot of work. After contacting the garage he basically said it isn't covered in warranty, this opinion changed after contacting trading standards. He agreed to repair the car but would not let me take it to my chosen garage, wish I never bothered. I just wanted a refund, which was £8500, he refused. The work carried out was done to poor standard and the lights still remain on, after replacing the turbo actuator, MAF sensor, another 3 sensors, replacing MAF wiring as the were all rusty and dangerous. I am still left with a car in the garage £800 down and still counting. NEVER buy a car from Redbrook Motor Company, to those who have put positive reviews, you are very lucky. The sale guys act like they don't know what the problems you are explaining mean, very unprofessional and rude.

We bought a vw golf from here in May, after leaving a deposit subject to a test drive, my sister googled the company to which there were a few bad reviews which then left me worrying whether to purchase or not. I have now had the car for 2months and have not had any problems with it. So thought I'd leave a positive review. We bought our car from the inside area but I noticed there where a lot of p/x vehicles outside for under £1000 so maybe wonder whether these are the ones that have had bad experiences.

Problems within less than 24 hours of buying a car from Redbrook Motor Company. I contacted them via email on the site and telephone. No response. Nobody appropriate to deal with it is available .Fast enough to respond when your buying but not sort the issues out, STAY AWAY from Redbrook Motor Company.

Just recently bought a Ford Fiesta from Redbrook Motor Company. They never once pestered us, just let us look around. They brought over the keys and documentation and left us alone to look round the car again. No hassling, it was heaven on earth. Went for a test drive the same day. There were a few niggles with the car but these were sorted on the MOT we paid extra for. Bought the car, the customer service was excellent. Very friendly staff. For the real test, I had another niggle with the car after purchasing. Went back and it was sorted that day with no issues. They said if anything else just bring it back!! I read other reviews online and to be honest I was worried about buying from Redbrook Motor Company but our experience has been second to none. Great bunch of guys, had a laugh and the after service has been sound. If your worried about buying from them, don't be. Make your own judgement, take a drive up and meet them.
