DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE. Purchased a vehicle from reg autos, had steering problem, took to local garage who advised me not to drive it, contacted dealer who simply refuses any help even though it’s under warranty. ASK FOR VIDEO OF HIS AGGRESSIVE AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR.

I brought a car from Reg yesterday and I couldn’t fault him. Absolutely outstanding service & he made me feel really comfortable as it was the first time buying my own car. The car is in immaculate condition, full MOT, service and free breakdown cover as well. Really pleased!😃

After continual air loss in tyres I had the rims checked for leaks. Tyre specialist found that the tyres, dated 2010 and 2015, displayed splitting and perishing - a safety hazard. Immediately replaced tyres with cheapest option. I sent photos of the splitting and perishing to Adrian of Reg's and requested a refund from Reg's Autos as I do not believe any customer would have bought this vehicle had they known of the issue and would have insisted the tyres be replaced. Adrian of Reg's is totally disinterested in my problem. I have followed this up through the AA and will be proceeding through the court to claim this money in terms of the Consumer Rights Act. Not a reputable dealer - beware.

Had a look around the forecourt at Regs Autos, Reg came out and said hello. Asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for. We were just looking and asked what we had in mind. We were looking at a nice little KIA motor car. He told us that's the best deal on the forecourt it had only 16K on the clock and is genuine with all the service history. We did haggle a little and he did us a cracking deal. Reg is an altogether decent guy easy to chat with never once tried to pressure us.
