I contacted Vicky and we arranged for my car to be repaired while I was away on holiday as it was likely to be over a few days.I dropped my car off on the Wednesday morning and the job was complete within 24 hours. When I got back from my holiday, I picked it up and was very grateful that all the work was a warranty job. With all this in mind, I think I will purchase my forth Renault Clio with the Bolton branch later in the year .

Very impressed with Renault (& Vicky Oakes). Communication was excellent, able to book car in to suit my convenience. Hire car was good & the service cost etc was very reasonable.

Brought my car there for a 2 day job. They kept it for a full week, indicating that they had ordered the incorrect parts (twice). Got the car back and it makes a weird noise. Called to speak to anyone, but receptionist kept saying: Just book it in again and we'll look at it. Requested a call back from the service department, nobody called. Why would I book it in for another nightmare and be without a car for another week. Had to wait over a month for the first appointment anyways. After changing personnel about 1.5 years ago, this garage is not worth the time anymore.

Bad broke down at Morecambe took 9 hours for a tow truck to turn up than car went in to main dealer bolton they had it 5 and a half days to replace a alternater and belt on a 23 reg car they never give a courtesy car aswell which should be standard keep away from them.

I've recently purchased from Dacia Bolton and the experience has been very good. Neil Hassall has been exceptional with me and and has a lot of patience, many thanks. Also loads of thanks to the service department for fixing a problem.

We had a battery drain issue on our new Dacia Duster which was checked out by Bolton Dacia for us, the service from Paul and Barry the Technition was carried out promptly and thoroughly; the car system proved to be in good order and the Duster battery is now being kept in full order with a battery maintainer. friendly professional service, we wouldnt take our X-TRAIL anywhere else, always a 5 star service, Paul always explains whats happening, and its great that they video the underside of your vehicle when they carry out the visual checks, then email it to you so you can see for yourself. Top service, top team.
