I've waited 2 weeks to leave my review as I wanted to see how the ran and touch wood all is good, as for the purchase it went really good and the salesman Neil Hassall was great made you feel at ease with no pressure and good at his job, he sanitised everything from the pen, seats, keys, doors which was fantastic being in this bubble that we're all in, Thankyou

A difficult time to buy a car but I have been looked after very well. Neal has kept me informed throughout and sorted out all the paperwork making the transfer very easy to complete. Brilliant service throughout.
Went to purchase a used Quashqui on 12th October , they didn’t have the model we required, but went the extra mile to locate one within the group and deliver it to the Branch. We picked it up 2 days later and was extremely satisfied from start to finish with the professional approach by their sales exec Neil by the way he explained and made the transition from an enquiry to purchase easy and stress free. There was no hard sales pitch which made it pleasant and easy to understand. Well done !!

I would highly recommend Renault bolton. We bought a Renault Zoe ZE40 Neil Hassall our salesman was really great, he answered all our questions, was not pushy at all, we felt completely at ease with him, and Neil along with the whole bolton branch were meticulous In cleanliness, in fact they went above and beyond to make us feel safe while on the premises, and we love the car.
