I spoke to someone called Dave in the used sale department, and he sold me a £17,500.00 car! Promised me a 6 month warranty on day of purchase, and 4 months after I took the car, it’s got 13 FAULTS!!! Now I believe most of them faults were already there when I took the car, after them telling me everything was in good working order, it had a service etc! It was all lies, they sold me a dodgy car, lied about the 6 month warranty so now when I’ve took it in it has 13 faults and no warranty that I was promised! No way within 4 months of having that car that there would be that many faults already!!! I will be taking this further and going to tribunal. I would give it 0 stars if I could!!!!!

I contacted Renault Liverpool to check if they had the service history for my car that I had bought from a different dealership (who misplaced the service log) They were so helpful and emailed me the confirmation of the full service history. Thank you so much Renault, 😊👌

My husband and I went to visit Renault Liverpool on Grand National Day Brenda on reception was so lovely we went then to Sarah who got the Dacia Jogger for us to test drive. We've been to a few dealerships this was the best. Even though we didn't purchase the car Sarah was so helpful and really looked after us. If only I could give more than 5 stars. Mot sue dropped car off, found staff to be friendly and courteous, car was ready within 2 hours and they had cleaned it

The attitude of Vicky on the service centre leaves a lot to be desired. As mentioned in a number of other reviews on here, she is abrupt and rude. After she mistakenly tried to overcharge us because she couldn’t be bothered to look at the system properly, and perhaps going through the embarrassment of being called out on it, she proceeded to verbally assault me across half of the showroom about how rude I was How embarrassing, not just for her, but all of her colleagues. Imagine buying a car from here, where the person on the service desk is verbally abusing customers by shouting abuse at them across the showroom at the top of her voice. Avoid.

Absolutely disgusting customer services. No customer service skills whatsoever... shouted at by Nicola across the shop floor in front of customer and staff..... never again will I set foot in this showroom and never again would I even look at a Renault now... unbelievable
