Just want to say a great big thank you to Lee Bradford. From start to finish Lee made buying a car easy and straight forward, he was very helpful, informative and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you again Lee, I love my new car.

I dealt with a salesman called Lee Bradford when i wanted to change my car for a Clio. From the start Lee was very helpful finding me exactly what I was looking for nothing was too much trouble. When I picked up my new car I was delighted ( having only seen pictures because of the situation with covid 19 ). Lee handed over my car in pristine condition and had time to answer all my questions even though he was very busy. I would highly recommend Lee Bradford and Renault Romford.

Managers are just rude.

I purchased my car from Renault Romford and found all staff extremely helpful and once i taken delivery my i had to pop back because i could not remember how to turn off a route on my sat nav and my salesman was off but his college was more than happy to spend five mins to go through it with me again

Staff borderline dishonest, and have no interest in customers. A shame as Renault make good cars, but this dealership ought to be closed

Carl Rogan at Renault Romford was the only salesman to return our call/enquiry and followed up a couple of times and we were happy and felt he was listening to us and nothing was too much trouble. I would strongly recommend Carl and his colleagues we were welcomed on arrival to the garage and offered a drink with a smile and they couldn't have done more.
