I took delivery of my new Dacia Sandero today from Renault Swansea and all I can say is what an excellent service I received from them , due to the ongoing problems in the world I’ve had to wait over 5ths for it but during that time I’ve been kept full informed as to the status of my order . I would like to give specific praise to Rhys the salesman who’s been dealing with my order , he’s been friendly , helpful and attentive to all my questions and queries about my new car and I do have to say he’s a credit to the business and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him as point of contact if you want a new car .

Bought a new Dacia Sandero yesterday. Easiest and most efficient car buying process I've ever been through! Justin dealt with all the arrangements, including the part exchange, perfectly, without any fuss and kept me informed throughout. The car also arrived earlier than expected. Love my new Dacia Sandero, which I picked up today. A lot of car for the money. Thankyou to Jay who made the buying of the car a stress free process, at the Renault/Dacia dealership Llansamlet.
We picked up new Captur on 18th November. Chris looked after us from ordering the car to keeping us in the loop all the way through. Very professional, helpful service. They even picked up our last car for its' MOT from the house. Big thank you to Chris who was amazing and was a marvellous ambassador for Renault. WE LOVE THE CAR!!
