After reading some reviews on google and CDR i was a bit nervous about buying a car from reynolds motor group, but it turned out they had only recently took over their premises, and a lot of the old reviews are from the previous owners. They are really easy people to deal with, i had such a laugh in the office with my husband and Steve and Chris. They done us a fantastic deal, and the rate they got us for our finance was the best we had been offered. I am over the moon with my new car, i will definitely be back for when i am due an upgrade! I purchased a car yesterday from them for me and my children. They gave me great advice, we're friendly and very helpful. I have recommended them to my friends and family.

I found the Audi A4 Avant on their website that I really liked, I spoke to the garage several times (Steve) and I was told that the car is such a great purchase that no offers will be accepted. When I got to the garage with the intention of viewing and buying it, it turned out that the car is scratched/paint chipped and uneven.....not sure what happened to this car why this was not communicated to me before I made the 90 mile round trip they were fully aware that this was the case! I was told that it was raining the day before and they hadn’t noticed it! Before you buy from this garage or at least attempt to view it please ask the right questions(!!) as to me if someone is saying that the car is top notch I don't expect to see the disaster. No effort, really disappointing experience.

I had a lovely experience today at Royston Garage. Everything was quick, simple and straight forward. Very pleased with my car. Darren was polite and friendly. Would recommend Royston Garage any time.

I purchased my car for what I thought was a fair price with a 1 year warranty, low and behold 1 month down the line I had a problem. I rang the garage (darren) who gave me a policy number and told me to ring the AA so I did and they proceeded to tell me I weren't logged against that policy. So I rang him back and he gave me another polucy number, so I rang again SHOCK not logged against that policy number either. So I asked if myself or the car were on there system and guess what no I weren't. So I contacted again and he said to bring the car down and they would repair it and claim against the AA and give me a courtesy car. Fine I thought! Well the car I was given as a "courtesy car" which I told him my wife and kids would be in had no brake pads and he's reply was "its an old car besides it's just gone through an MOT". Clearly a shadey MOT as any warning lights on now are a failure! But the worst thing turned out to be that the car he gave me not only wasn't insured but not taxed either, so a potential £1200 fine and 6 points in my licence or a ban for my wife as she had just passed test and with dodgy brakes with my kids in the car, and his attitude was absolutely appalling and absolute disregard! Needless to say I took car back got money back for warranty and hope never ever to deal with this garage again! I hope no one else does either as he's customer service and back up are non existent. I would absolutely avoid this garage like the plague despite wether or not its a good price or the car you want! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
