All I can honestly say is excellent. I had no problems at all. The people were great, the Ford Edge is great and I’m happy. Jesse, who was a really nice guy. As it turned out, he knew some of the people I knew, so we had a good rapport from the word go. I’ve bought loads of cars over the years, but I have to say the whole service and experience was excellent. The delivery of the car was excellent too, and the bloke who delivered it was a nice fellow. I can’t say enough for all of it, and I’d 100% recommend them to others.

I bought a Renault Trafic, and everything was good. The van’s doing what it needs to do for now and there have been no issues. Adam was fine and helpful. I’d looked online before buying the vehicle and rang while I was away in France. The van was still available, and Adam said he’d let me know if anybody else was interested. Luckily, nobody was, so when I got back I managed to get a trip down there and pick it up. The whole thing was quite painless. I live about two hours away, and they managed to get one of the guys to meet me after work because I wouldn’t have made it to the office in time. It was what they said it was.

The customer service was perfect, everything was very straightforward and easy. I was in and out within about 45 minutes and driving away, so I couldn’t have asked for better really. The car’s been lovely to drive. It’s booked in next week, as there’s a bit of a shudder in the engine, but apart from that it’s been lovely. I’d 100% recommend Reynolds Motor Group to others

I'd recommend Reynolds Motor Group. The Vauxhall is driving fine so far. I had no complaints about the experience at Reynolds. they were polite and friendly. Here was one little issue which was a flat tyre. They did sort it out for me in the end, though. they were good, and I liked them.

So far, so good with the Corsa. It did go back to have a sensor replaced, but they were very helpful getting that resolved. They gave me a call as soon as it was ready, I went and grabbed it, and ever since then it’s all been good. Everything on the day was good as well and everyone was perfect. I can’t fault it.

Originally saw the Maxus T90 on a website called Car Gurus, then I went down to Reynolds because it was the closest to where I was living at the time. Was looking at around 5-6 different Maxus’s but I was specifically looking for the T90, since buying everything has been going great and I have got no complaints about the salespeople they were good, I had no problems. If they had the right vehicle I would go back.

Chose Reynolds because they had the car that we wanted, as I was specifically looking for the Vauxhall Mokka when I was looking on Autotrader. The sales process was good it was pretty efficient and I had no issues.

I saw the Ford Ranger somewhere on the internet, I then went down to Reynolds because it seemed easy to deal with and I’m getting on all good with the Ford. The communication at the dealership was very good, Mathew who I spoke to on the day was very good, he was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I would consider purchasing from Reynolds again

My new Vauxhall Corsa-E is great and they were really helpful throughout. We live about two and a half hours away, but we’d seen the Corsa on their website, which is why we made the journey. The customer service was great.

I actually love the Ford Transit. Jessie was really good and a really nice fella. The only slight niggle was the badge from the front and the blind spot mirror on the passenger side, which is the only issue I've had. Other than that, I am happy with how everything went.
