I was just looking for cars online and the Toyota C-HR just happened to be at Reynolds. The process was straightforward and the customer service I received from the sales staff was good. When I come to buy another car I would consider going back to Reynolds based on my experience with them.

Been helpful from the start in buying the car. Even with couple of problems with the car, they have been replying and keeping me informed to the solution to these issues.

The car was a good price and we agreed the terms. I saw the car on the advert, paid for it and went to collect. Being a second hand car they should have down better job with the valet but I wouldn’t put me off buying from them again. Communication was very good. The sale and what was promised was good.

Wasn’t very good to begin with. The car had faults and the dealership had 4 weeks to fix. Finally got it back but its all good now. Courtesy vehicle was offered but I needed the car back then the manager got it sorted. Both sales and the manager were positive and they did rectify the faults. I never questioned there was something wrong with the vehicle, it just took too long on the turnaround but I found their communication was good.
