I had a Ford Mondeo, and it was getting on a bit, it kept cutting out, the windows would come down on their own and my son said "Dad its time for a new car". He helped me find a Honda Jazz, it looked great and was within my price range, so we went to view it. I couldn't believe it was a used car, it looked immaculate, like new. The price was outstanding for what I got, I'm well pleased with with it, its in exceptional condition and the mileage is low too. The Jazz is cheap to run, petrol last forever, tax is cheap and the insurance is very low cost too. The guys down there looked after me, not only was they extremely helpful and friendly, the didn't apply any pressure or pushiness at all, just informative and answered all questions. Every person we spoke to down at RG Motors was polite and welcoming, The valeting was brilliant, it was sparkling clean when we picked it up, inside and out, it was honestly like a brand new car. I highly recommend RG Motors, for their outstanding customer service, and high quality vehicles.

I purchased a used car (five years old) from RG Motors in November 2018, for £3300. Upon collecting and beginning to drive the car I noticed a number of issues that had not been apparent upon test drive / purchase - a liquid sound when accelerating, judder when driving at high speeds, malfunctioning boot, broken back windscreen wiper etc. I returned the car to RG Motors, requesting that they address the liquid sound, judder and boot issue and was advised, after a long day of the car being in the garage, that these were all resolved - sadly, they were not. I was keen to keep the car so have to date spent a reasonable sum on rectifying the issues myself - £169 for a full service (which resolved the liquid sound, windscreen wiper etc - I would have thought that these would have been picked up in the service performed by RG Motors before purchase), £73 on a new rear tyre (which resolved the judder when driving at high speeds) and £72 on an auto electrician's time to fix the boot malfunction, which turned out to be a wiring issue. I fully appreciate that when buying a second hand car (or even a new car, in some cases) that there can be issues, and that issues with cars can develop, however the issues / expense that I have experienced / incurred to date (which could not be covered by the warranty provided with the car) mean I would not favour RG Motors for buying another second car moving forward.

I’m sorry you feel that way about the issues you had however you left the car with us for the day we fitted 2x brand new tyres on the car as you complained about a wobble from the front, The boot lock was stripped cleaned & greased and was working at fine at the time of collection, and the water noise you were experiencing was in the cars cooling system? So not sure how service cured this? And a wiper was never bought to our attention. When you called with the issues we got you the same/next day and spent £200 to rectify the faults mentioned you was asked to try the car and let us know the outcome but never did, we would of been happy to help towards the costs if given the opurtunity! The warranty company should of covered the cost of the auto electrical work so I’m not sure why that wasn’t the case. Once again sorry that we have failed to please you on this occasion
