They genuinely cared and helped me with every question and went out their way to make sure I had peace of mind whilst still being straightforward and transparent, I would strongly recommend RG Motors and I will definitely be getting my next car from them

These are a first class dealership to buy a car from, I recently bought my Ford Focus from them and had a wonderful experience dealing with their sales agent who I think was called Andy, he was really welcoming towards me and patient when answering any of the questions that I had for him. I'm made up to bits with my Ford Focus, it drives like clockwork.

After looking around online for a new car I found one that looked great and ideal for me with RG Motors Ltd in Lincoln so I picked up the phone and booked an appointment with them to go to see the car and to take it for a test drive. When I got to their place of business I was introduced to one of their sales executives called Craig, he greeted me with a warm smile, shook my hand and showed me to the car, he left me to my own devices and told me to take my time looking at the car but to shout him if I had any questions. He then gave me the keys to the car to take it for a good test drive and I was impressed with how smooth the car was on the road and how well it handled, it was a very pleasant drive and much better than my old car so I went back to the dealership and told Craig that I would like to buy the car. We got all the paperwork underway and we arranged for me to go back the following week so they could get the car prepared for me to collect, on the handover the car was in pristine condition and the valaters had done a fantastic job of making sure it was clean inside and outside. The whole service from here was outstanding and I give them top marks for everything they have done for me and how happy I am with them finding me my perfect car. Thank you.

I've been getting along great with my car and I'm genuinely pleased with it. The customer service was spot on—everyone was friendly, helpful, and took good care of me. They kept me informed every step of the way and were transparent about what was happening. Ran into a small issue with a sensor, but when I brought it up, they went above and beyond to sort it out on the spot. Easy 5 star experience!

Enjoying the Skoda SE! Seems to be all okay, best impressed. These guys fully met all of my expectations and showed me a great level of customer service. We had a funny little mix up with my wife down at the dealership, they had been dealing with me all week, they got confused when my wife called up to speak to them about the car. Hey ho, these things happen, it was a good laugh! Highly recommended!
