From first contact with Simon on the telephone, came over as very sincere and honest, deal was agreed by phone on Thursday, car was prepared and MOT’d on the Friday, was phoned Friday afternoon to say car was ready for inspection/ collection. Saturday we made the 140 mile journey to Lincoln, the car was exactly as Simon described, purchased the car, wife happy! Scammers sell you cars and they break down within two weeks!!

Bought a BMW 316, fair price and fantastic buying experience (my second purchase from Richardsons). Shortly after sale the car had a heating fault that took some diagnosing and and a big job to repair. Used and new cars develop faults so I never judge a dealer on this as mechanical components do fail. Simon and Chris went above and beyond to get the car repaired properly resulting in a fix that any professional would proud of and done to the highest standard (the whole dashboard had to be removed). The Richardsons of Lincoln team stand behind the cars they retail making them a fantastic dealer to buy from and they will certainly be my next port of call for any future cars my family need. Car dealing done properly.

Having read previous reviews about Richardsons of Lincoln before going to see the car I wanted to buy I had a high expectation of the level of service I would receive and Simon did not disapoint. He checked where i was travelling from and promised to keep it until I arrived. Presentation of the car was excellent and the transaction was carried out with no sales pressure whatsoever. A test drive was no problem and once purchased the car was serviced a new cam belt was fitted and came with twelve months MOT all within the agreed price. Simon also taxed the car at the local post office (which I paid for) so that I could drive it away with no hassle when I went to collect it.

Second car from Richardsons of Lincoln over the last 4 years and can only say good things about them . Simon and his team are a well oiled team always on the case and keeping you well informed . Simon is none stop with keeping the ever one happy . Have worked in the motor trade many years myself it's very laid back and no pressure selling .
