By chance we wandered into Richardsons of Lincoln. Not at all hopeful of purchase. We were war weary of having been up and down Lincoln over a number of days. Our experiences were far from satisfactory. One dealer had a sale price that was twice the on line forecourt value and would not accept that fact. Richardsons sales people were polite, courteous, listenened to our urgent needs. Tbey went beyond call of duty to meet our needs. Processes were quick and painless. We agreed a final price and the deal was done. Richardsons of Lincoln were very helpful on phone and by email responded very quickly and answered any questions that was needed, would recommend to family and friends, i lost alot of confidence when buying my last car as had so much trouble with it and got conned, i came to this dealer as the reviews were very high and i totally agree they made me confident and love my car too... the guys were spot on really nice blokes and great service and had loads of amazing cars there too so many to choose from but when with the vauxhall zafira as needed a 7 seater :)

Really good buying experience, we looked at a Fiat Panda seen on the internet, Staff at Richardsons of Lincoln were very friendly and gave us the keys so we had a good look over the car, we were left to take our time, started the car, looked under the bonnet etc. There was no rush at all, Simon was very helpful, we took the Panda out for a test drive all went great, we asked about a few things that may need doing and Simon said that they would be done and sure enough he is a man of his word they were all done, there were MOT advisories these also were all done plus more. The Panda was valeted and very clean inside and out, could not ask for any more of a car dealer they really went the extra mile + Simon and the staff were very helpful & courteous this made the whole experience enjoyable.
