Bought a £69k car and when picking it up it was filthy inside. The team couldn’t have cared less. They had my money that’s all they cared about. Avoid….spend your hard earned money with someone who deserves it.

We were met by someone called Declan. He is a very energetic and enthusiastic sales person who oozes enthusiasm and demonstrates good knowledge. What he doesn't know he finds out. He is very polite and charming and we are sorry that he didn't get our business in the end.

My last service was great at Marshall Volkswagen Oxford Kidlington. The whole service team works in a good cooperation thank to Matt their manager. I have been using them for 6 years and it's always a pleasure to come back. I would like to thank Lindsay for her professionalism and kind approach to dealing with my car issues.

Please avoid this dealership! Paul Lally pretends to be friendly, to put a deal through, but deeply UNTRUSTWORTHY with the follow up; I have purchased a car from them 1.5 years ago, and due to the pandemic it was delivered to my home. They failed to mention that the car had the engine light on( apparently all issues suddenly appeared during the delivery) Issues: Small but undisclosed issues with paintwork; Failing bulbs; All tyres leak(+ sensor constantly complain); Auto turn off doesn’t work; Previous MOT failures undisclosed before sale; 2nd key STILL missing(even though it's a 2week process to get a new one); they managed to misspell my name two different ways throughout the paperwork, even though they had all my documentation(but they never managed to fix it) I am still struggling to get them to make my 2nd key after 1.5 years, but they keep postponing me and not holding to their follow up dates. No issue whatsoever was fixed, even after 1.5 years, even though I insisted for months months and was ensured the car is in Volkswagen high quality standards and that the dealership would show me what a real Volkswagen standard customer care is. Can’t believe this is a Volkswagen quality dealership, I would revoke their trade rights if I could.
