Hi I brought my polo in for its forth service yesterday and was greeted by what I can only describe as a ray of sunshine, A service advisor called Christian Tembo. What an absolutely fabulous guy. Extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. A huge smile which could certainly brighten up any ones day - even though he then gave me a bill of £400 for my service and MOT. I was able to over look it .🤣🤣 He could not have been more helpful. If every garage had a guy like Christian waiting for your car to be serviced or collecting your courtesy car would be a much better experience. Hang on to him VW he’s a real asset to have on the team. I hope this feedback is shared with Christian as he gives 100% in his work. I bought a VW CC from Ridge way Oxford Volkswagen back in April. The service was OK but once thy found out I had pre arranged finance from else where their attitude certainly changed. They almost refused to do the deal unless I took the finance out with them. After speaking to the manager this was resolved eventually and now that I have the car nothing is wrong with it and I am happy with it. So I would still recommend them based on that.
