Purchased a Lexus 450h. Staff very helpful and any faults, warning lights were fixed. My only mistake was viewing the car in the rain, as after purchase,I found a scab of paint that had come off a wheel arch. Had it sprayed for £50.00. But overall, very impressed with the service I received. This was a very good purchase experience. Thanks to everyone at the Right Buy Motor Company for your help.

Contacted Nigel on Saturday O1/10/16 to enquire about a 7 seater Kia Sedona and his assistance was outstanding. Helpful is too small a word to describe the service he provided. I was passed to Craig who was brilliant and re-assured in handling a slightly complex financial transaction. Given that the car was to be delivered to my home address in Stoke-on-Trent, I have now taken delivery of my new car one day ahead of its estimated delivery date... Can't fault this dealership... OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH.. FIVE STARS ISN'T ENOUGH :-)

Being a single woman, I was concerned about whether or not I would receive good customer service, accurate advice and a car that was mechanically sound and value for money. With Right Buy Motors, my concerns were completely unfounded and they made purchasing my Mercedes CLC my best experience to date. Nigel and Clive provided great customer service from the day that I made my initial enquiry, to the day that I parted with my hard earned cash. I would definately recommend to friends and family.

Full review I purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from this company around 4 days ago, there was a service light on from a previous service that had failed to remove this light, and as such the salesman knocked 20 pounds off so that I would have this taken care of myself. All was good at this point, within 24 hours of having the car the engine management light came on, I contacted Right Buy and told them the same day of owning the car that I would bring it back to have this checked and sorted, particularly as the car hadn't completed 24 hours yet, therefore it was within the 2 week cooling off period as well as within the 3 months parts and labour warranty. I left the car overnight there, taking with me a replacement, upon return the salesman wanted £20 back for 'turning the light off' even though it was a faulty EGR valve, and an issue with the exhaust. When I told him I would not pay this, due to wasted time and fuel, I was told to go away (this is the polite version of what they said).

I recently purchased a BMW M3 from the Right Buy Motor Company, quality of service was excellent and they were very helpful. From what I saw they have plenty of time for their customers and made us feel welcome, keep it up guys, hope to do business again soon.
