I paid for mot car service and had new break disc mot and front brake pads in and paid 270 for the privilege this was on the 4..1.23 the next day my car started squeaking so I rang back and was told to bring my car in on the 13 Jan I was informed I had to pay another 120 pound because the breaks needed cleaning and greasing.. This is appalling as it should be free because this should of been done on the 4.1.23 when new breaks was fitted never again will me and my husband use car right for anything
Once again an excellent experience when visiting right car Hull. Ryan Bingham the Sales Executive was Superb from start to finish with nothing being to much hassle for him. I will definitely be back when its time to renew my new car .

Back in 2018 I bought a brand new Dacia Duster. They were quick to turn the vehicle around with pickup being less than a week which was great. Unfortunately since buying it, I have had no end of visits to their service department who are absolutely useless and have no fault finding abilities to be able to fix the vehicle. My duster has been in so many times I've lost count. And it took several visits to fix the engine failure errors, as everytime I took it in they said nothing was wrong. Again today I have been in because of a new problem with the stop start errors and engine cooling fan going into emergency due to faults. Apparently again no fault with the car. I seriously regret both buying this vehicle and from rightcar themselves, as the after sales care and warranty is pointless. Even though it is in warranty, I'm going to have to take it to my local mechanic to get it fixed. So word of caution, I would avoid buying Renault/Dacia/Nissan as all use the same parts and from my experience hasn't been great as the manufacturer mechanics can't even fix the vehicles.
