My first purchase from Right Car Renault was through a salesman who pocketed my car tax money & was subsequently sacked. I am now considering taking the financial agreement to the Fraud Squad as l believe there are irregularities. On purchase of my second car from them l believe they have lied over replacing a part that was subject to a recall by Ford last year & seriously question the integrity of its staff. I believe that l have been treated to utter contempt by its staff at the Beverley branch & l intend taking legal action against the company for failure of service, lying to me, possible fraudulent acticivity & breach of DPA that l will be reporting to the ICO. I summary, stay clear as this is a disguting unethical company & l will never buy another car from them.

Not worth a star. First off, I arranged service with right car only to find out when I went to the dealership for the warrantee checks that the right service had not been conducted including the wrong part being used for the oil filter. After investigation, apparently the company they used to arrange the service was no longer in use and it was an error on their part. I then arrange for a second service to get the outstanding items done. I always get a lift to my place of work before the car of service and the car brought to me when service is complete. However I was called at 17.15 to be told it was ready and when I asked if it could be brought to me, I was told no and that I had to come collect before 6pm as this is when they close including other departments ie sales. Interestingly same as before, their website state they close at 7pm. Will not recommend using them for anything.

Patronising service, lies told, "warranty" doesn't cover problems unless an "independent" reviewer comes in at your own cost. Do not buy a car from the Right Car Supermarket Hull Branch. I do not want a reply from customer services.

Right Car Supermarket Hull doesn't deserve any stars. Bought a new pre reg car last year my nightmare began trying to get the log book for the car from them we now know why we didnt receive it for 3 month !!!! also after 2 days realized the blue tooth phone connection didnt work, returned the vehicle numerous times it was then I realised that I was on the well known childrens tv programme " the magic roundabout". Problem still on going, now on with court proceedings. I do not recommend the Righ Car Supermarket to anyone.

Absolutely disgusted with Right Car Supermarket in Hull, my partner recently purchased a car with 'right' car much to her disappointment we have had nothing but problems with them, they will not fix certain problems which are detailed in the warranty agreement and the car was also given a "service" before being sold yet problems have occurred so shortly afterwards, does make you wonder doesn't it..... the staff are so rude to try and cut you off unless you have your debit card out ready to make a purchase on one of their dud vehicles. It is an absolute displeasure to have dealt with this company, I wouldn't let my worst enemy buy a car from here.

i bought new captur in april for my son salesman jeromy told us with renault you always have £500 pound profit in the car so when got a flyer about new megane went in to express my interest when finance for megane came available got a call from salesman tom and informed he would phone me the next day with figures after calling them 10 times finance manager paul informed me figures not exactly rightas shortfall in value of captur. a deal was struck with them to enhance the value so to make the megane more interesting i agreed with the deal and singed the papers on 19/8/16 told would get paperwork before the delivery date this did not happen , tock delivery on 31/8/16 of megane but right car went back to the finance company five days later for a new settlement figure. on 1/9/16 a payment left my account for the captur which they had and then offered only £160 , £63.91 short when i asked for all the money was talked down to and called a bully for asking for money i had worked hard for this is now in the hands of renault finance and financial ombudsman only one party here is a bull and it is not me make sure if dealing with these people all is 100% before anything is agreed

Wouldn't give it one star if I didn't have to!!!! Please if you read this DO NOT buy from here! Spent 9000 on a Clio 2 days after picking it up it won't start, a week after giving it to the service dept. still no car back, keep telling me different things one minute it's the technology needing updating next it's a battery! Once they have your money they don't want to know, plus patronising useless customer service who have the tendency to talk to you like rubbish. Don't get me started on trying to speak to the manager, I even went in to the branch and he miraculously went missing, then was 'too tied up' to come out his office to talk (probably with all the complaints) so sent his skivvy to do his dirty work!!!!!! Don't put yourself through the hassle, it's time consuming and stressful.

Bought a Clio estate from Right Car Supermarket in Hull and five days later the front passenger wheel flew off at 60mph. Took over a year to get my money back and that ended up only because of the Financial Ombudsman had stepped in as they wouldn't even speak to their own solicitors. I would not recommend anything from them at all as they even lied on the finance paperwork.
