I emailed Roy at Riveria Car Centre early on a Sunday morning and received a reply within a couple of hours, good start. Their website was transparent and easy to navigate and the car details/specs gave me all that I needed. For instance other dealers sites you really had to dig to get such basics as road tax, mpg etc The car was in mint condition and Roy I found was straightforward and helpful. Long time since I have bought a car so it was with some trepidation, but I am pleased to say my fears were quickly dispersed.

Excellent and friendly service, Roy was very helpful in finding me the car that was right for me, reasonably priced and clean and tidy too! I wil definitely peer into the Riveria Car Centre when it’s time for an upgrade vehicle. 👍 thanks guys
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM RIVIERA CARS!!! Cars FULL of faults. Once sold they have no interest in you or the car. If you buy a car after reading this then you deserve all you get. STAY AWAY!!!

The most appalling business of any type I have ever had the misfortune to experience. The car I purchased from Riveria Car Centre had serious faults which would have been known to these people. When the car was returned for repair all I got was botch up jobs, lies, cheap tricks and them keeping the car for weeks on end to ply for time. The owner / manager Roy was arrogant, ignorant and completely unprofessional. Both him and his sidekick Mark appear to have very little knowledge of cars and none whatsoever in customer care. It took legal action to eventually get repairs done properly. Having asked around it appears this place is well known for selling faulty cars at expensive prices with no interest in aftersales service. The best advice I can give is spend your money with one of the many decent car dealers that are around.

Changed my mind after leaving a deposit at Riveria Car Centre. They sold the car so they didn't lose a sale but I lost £250. Would have been nice to know that a deposit was non-refundable at this place.

Im surprised at the first gentlemans comments, my family and I have had 3 cars from Riviera Car Centre and the above comments bear no resemblance to my own experiences. I did have a small problem with one vehicle which was dealt with without delay for me. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends or relatives. Regarding prices, I'm no expert but surely anyone has the option to research this first and not buy a car if they think its too expensive ?
