Will 1000% have my business again in the future. They have been absolutely amazing. Purchased a range rover from these guys, and I was having a few issues with it once I brought it home. They fixed what they could down here, local to me. And then are taking it back up to get the other things fixed. They have very good communication skills, keeping me updated as to when they’ll be fixing it, how long it will take etc. They have dealt with the issues so well. They’re lovely, and so friendly, right from the first call enquiring about the vehicle, up until after purchase and letting them know about any issues. I will 100% be buying my future cars from them, because at no point have they made me feel like I’m alone, or that I’ve brought a car and now anything wrong with it is on me alone to deal with. Every car has issues, but it matters about how the dealership deal with it. And Roadstar really are a very proactive dealer!

Service as good as this is truly difficult to find. Went for a Ford Ranger, and I was having a few little hiccups with the car once I brought it. Told the guys down at Road star, and they were so great at sorting it all out. Sent me a new tyre and made sure to get all the things sorted that I mentioned. Their aftersales team is top marks. I would absolutely recommend them to others and come back in the future.

Honestly think that was the easiest sale ever… Literally did everything all over the phone, which was a lot easier than I imagined, especially considering it was my first time buying from these guys. Signed the documents electronically, and when it was all ready for me, they had my new Land Rover delivered to my house. Which it was impeccably clean, so that’s a bonus. Kept me updated the whole time, communicated with me and kept me in the loop. And absolutely loving the new whip.

Finally found a dealership who actually care after sales! Brought my new X5 from these guys, which is great itself. But I ended up finding a few chips on the windscreen. Let these guys know and they paid for a new MOT and the windscreen to get sorted. Cannot fault them. Not only are they excellent when buying the car, (Shoutout to Nicola, she was amazing), but they listen to you once you’ve purchased the car and still go out of their way to do everything they can from their end. Will not be my last visit down to these guys for a new car!

Finally found the perfect car thanks to Road star automobile, they were absolutely fabulous. Shoutout to them for my new Land Rover. I had such a great experience with them, they were just fantastic in all honesty, as is the customer service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle to check them out, because I will be returning myself. Will be back when a new car is being considered.

Thanks to the guys down at Roadstar for my new Ford transit. Absolutely loving it. Never been there before, but after experiencing their customer service first hand, I would absolutely be going back for the next vehicle. They offered me refreshments and I took a test drive, they made sure all the paperwork was ready for me when I got down there, so I wasn’t waiting round all day. Had a little issue with the exhaust smell but they told me to just bring it straight in, they really are on top for their customer service.

Massive thanks to Road star for their brilliant service. Really enjoying the new Q7, it is fantastic. Gladly, touchwood I’m having no issues with it. The customer service was very impressive, I can’t lie. Paperwork was all simple, test drive offered, every question I asked was answered. Cannot fault them at all.

Went down to these guys to buy my new Jaguar. Not had chance to drive it as much as I would like to yet, but from what I can tell, it’s running well, there’s no problems. The customer service at Roadstar was also great, I can’t say there is anything they need to improve on. Top guys honestly.

Every car purchase seems to have problems no matter what. It’s how they deal with them, that is the difference and the team at Roadstar dealt with them all in a professional manner without argument. I now have the car I wanted exactly how I wanted it! Cannot fault them. Loving my new X5 and would absolutely return.
