Robert Cooper Cars is a great company to deal with and I'd recommended it to anyone, I'd heard about it being a garage with good customer service so went to give it a try. Upon arrival I was greeted very politely by Mark who showed me around the selection of vehicles explaining which ones best suited to my needs, I had some difficulty gaining finance in the past but surprisingly he managed to gain me finance with a plan I was happy with on alot newer and nicer than I was expecting, even after driving the car away I was assured any problems or anything to contact them and they'll sort it which I later did after I broke a spacer in the door, the towing eye clip and also needed some interior mats so I contacted Mark and again he was extremely helpful in getting them ordered for me even covering the cost themselves. Extremely good customer service who are willing to go the extra mile.
Great family run business with some excellent cars. Brilliant service and very helpful. Gave me as much time as i needed to sort out finance and insurance and did everything they could to help. Would highly recommend.
i thought this dealer was very helpful and polite Mr Cooper him self was a very nice man so i put a deposit of £200 on a audi A4 . Unfortunately i could not get the finance due to existing financial obligations. For over a month now i have been trying to get my £200 returnable deposit back. Ive phoned every week and every week i get the same reply that his wife deals with it and she will send a cheque on Thursday. this is the 5th thursday fingers crossed . If you are not sure you can get the finance please don't leave a deposit.

As discussed over the phone the first cheque we sent to you was somehow lost in postage. It wasn't until the following week this was realised and another was sent to resolve this. Robert Cooper Cars are a nice family run type dealership who were very pleasurable to deal with when I was in their dealership buying a Volvo around 4 months ago. The car has had the odd minor issue but its just general motoring stuff nothing Robert Cooper Cars would be responsible for. I can recommend them with confidence.
