I live in Northern Ireland and I had been searching for a very specific and unusual type of vehicle. I spotted one for sale in Robert Cooper's and rang up to enquire. I spoke to Mark and he provided me with all details I needed. From the photos etc the car was what I was looking for and I put down a deposit pending the car being as described, etc. Mark and Robert both were extremely helpful and there were a few extras that I wanted added to the car which they sourced and took care of having the fitting done. Due to my limited knowledge of the location and logistics of getting the car home, Mark kept me right and even though I made a number of calls to him, he never lost patience with any of my queries and always took time to discuss with me. I flew in to Doncaster Airport and was very pleased and grateful that Will was there waiting to collect me. Back at the showroom I was delighted with my purchase. ,My car was pristine and exactly as described by Mark. Will took car of all the paperwork and warranty, etc.. I was in and out with my new car within 30 mins and with 3/4 of a tank fuel made it good for the journey ahead. Highly recommend Robert, Mark and Will and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a new car which will be as described. As I was half way up through England I received a call from Mark to make sure that all was going ok with the car and my journey. A call which I would have no doubt would not have been made from a main dealer and I felt it just highlighted the excellent standards set in the business. Thanks boys for providing a very fussy customer with an excellent and very eye-catching vehicle. I hope to deal with you again in the future.

I've dealt with Robert Cooper cars before and been impressed so, when I was looking for another car, they were high on my list. This time I saw a nice little Fiesta on their website and emailed my interest, although I said I wouldn't be able to visit them until later in the day. They phoned me back almost straight away and said that they'd pull the car off sale until I could get there so I wouldn't have a wasted journey. Car was there when I arrived - clean, tidy and open for any inspection, I was shown round it in every detail without any pressure whatsoever. Mark is the sales manager and he was unfailingly courteous and helpful. Needless to say, I bought the car and feel 100% comfortable with the vehicle and with the very reasonable price I paid. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!

Recently bought car from a very friendly salesman, Mark Webster, who gave us a good deal on Trade In, included Service & MOT, a years tax on new car and AA membership for a year and fuel in the tank. When we collected car it was washed and polished and very clean inside. At no time did he try to sell us anything we didn't want and there was no pressure.
