Superb customer service; some of the friendliest, most trustworthy people you could wish to buy a used car from. We came 150 miles from Guildford as they had exactly the right car (a VW Polo) for us at the right price, and it was worth the trip! The car was excellent quality, low mileage, impeccably kept and presented and at a very fair price. We love it and feel we have a car that will last us many years. They know good cars here. We made an impulse purchase of an older Mercedes SLK on 7 Dec. The car was immaculately presented and all relevant documentation available. The service from Mark and his colleague was first class and very professional. A car dealership like this must be doing something right for them to have been around for more thane 40 years.

The service and individual attention I got was great Mark wasn’t at all pushy like some places I’ve been , he was knowledgeable about the car and answered all questions asked He was happy for us to have two test drives and put me at ease whilst doing this He put the tax on the car whilst I was there and the car was very clean and ready to go He explained the warranty and the AA cover I would recommend this company to family and friends as the service I received was spot on and the staff very friendly and helpful I am very pleased with my car and would definitely use this company again
