Ordered a new A4 Allroad via a broker 01/06/2021 delivered 18/01/2022, understand delays in new car not a problem. Once car delivered find out the Comfort Sound pack I ordered was not put on the order request from Norwich Audi to the factory. We are now in late April and still not had a refund on the cost of the Comfort Sound pack after many weeks of chasing, not even a sorry from Norwich Audi. Audi UK customer care team not much better, this was my first and will be last Audi, Prestige brand I dont think so.

They sell you a new car. Everything after that is terrible. Called to ask if I could have a new wheel as I bumped a kerb and damaged it and was told we don’t deal with that and can’t even look for 8 weeks. Then called again to ask about returning car at end of contract and they said they would call me back but nobody ever does. So my money has gone to Mercedes for our new car. Will never give them any of my money.

I have not yet bought a car from this dealership i have had absolutely terrible service from the local LR dealership that is why i am looking at the Q8 but after what i am reading is this Dasharview all over again. I will be asking for further reviews at random and if they are bad then it will be no thank you to Robinsons who were years ago when i was younger one of the best in the area the days that when Mike Turner was sales manager. I can't rate them as yet so i must be fair on the little stars. Buying a new car should be so much fun and a pleasure but it seems that they are all the same these days hmm sign of the times. But we will see how they come up as i am well versed in the main dealer bull now and can smell it a mile off.

I bought an S5 online from Norwich Audi. It wasn't cheap and I asked the salesman to ensure that, fair wear and tear apart, the car was otherwise perfectly presented. 6 days after doing the deal, I arrived to collect the car. It wasn't very well cleaned outside and the front foglight had a large scratch on it. It took about half an hour to get them to agree to change it - or rather I get it changed, pay for it and then claim it back from them. 2 days after I got home, I washed the car properly and noticed the rear bumper valance was loose, appearing damaged. I emailed the garage who inferred that I had perhaps committed the damage (which I hadn't). The invisible until now used car sales manager chipped in that the car had been checked prior to my collection and that no damage was noted, hence it could not have been there! I contacted Audi's MD and asked for his help in reolving this. Audi were very helpful, asking my local dealer to resolve the damage. As Robinsons had only begrudgingly agreed to pay 60% of the bill, Audi paid the rest. I would advise you do one of the following when you consider buying from Robinsons: 1. Buy from an alternative dealer 2. Make sure you take a blanket to lie on when you check the underside of the car 3. Buy from an alternative dealer 4. Never buy unseen 5. Buy from an alternative dealer and finally there are many decent and trustworthy Audi dealers in the Country and so buy from them and not Robinsons! Like others have said, I would give them zero stars if that option was available

Everytime car went in Norwich Audi messed something else. They unplugged sat Nav not sure why so when I got it back did not work then denied they did it. Unplugged my dashcams but did admit they forgot to plug it back in. Left my sunroof open in carpark,good job no rain showers as interior would have been ruined,then guess what?denied they opened it!. All they do is lie then apologie but keep making same mistakes where is the quality control specially after 3 previous complaints?. But at least management did admit they had failed me as a customer and understood why I do not want to return. The annoying thing is when you buy the new car from them they promise you the earth and then deliver rubbish service. Now I have 1 hour drive to the next nearest dealership not what I signed up for Norwich Audi. Pity there was not a zero star, Robinsons Norwich Audi would of got it!!.

I bought an A3 online and I had it delivered to Coventry. From the moment I got the car, there was an unusual noise coming from the engine. I spoke with the salesman and he assured me I could take it to Coventry Audi to get it looked at. It was there for 4 days and they couldn't find the fault. I asked to reject the car but Norwich Audi told me I couldn't do this until I drove the car 300 miles to them so they could investigate! I bought the car from the salesman in Norwich on the understanding that everything could be done in Coventry as it was under manufacturer's warranty. Clearly not true. I am now in dispute with them, their Head of Business is being completely unreasonable. Trading Standards agree they have had 2 chances to fix this but Audi do not. I now the extra headache of taking this to Trading Standards and The Motor Ombudsman. This dealership will promise you a front row seat in heaven but wouldn't reserve you a back row seat in hell. BUYER BEWARE!

Robinsons Audi Norwich were very very unprofessional spoke to lady who knew nothing about cars told us there was no Q5 we said we have just seen one no one could speak to us yet one salesman was just behind desk perhaps they were all watching football but def were not interested in selling us a car.

Having spent a considerable sum on a new TT my partner found some issues with the paintwork and around the same time the volume control button in the centre console decided to detach itself (not misused) in a way that it needs replacing. The car was taken to Robinsons Audi, Norwich and she waited for thirty minutes just for the part to be ordered which incidentally they tried to charge her for, bearing in mind the car is only a few months old. No one would look at the paintwork. She was told that they would make contact to book the car in when the part had arrived. Hearing nothing from them, eighteen days later my partner contacted Robinsons to be told that she had been booked for a date which was not possible. The young lady she spoke to said that the person who did the booking was not in and would call on Monday to change the booking. This lady also said that she does the booking but couldn't change it. Huh? Eleven days later and nothing. Contacted Robinsons today by phone only to speak to someone who was less than helpful and the attitude was really quite poor. Not what you expect from a main dealer of what is deemed to be a prestige marque.
