We are a young couple with 2 young children. Walked into the Ron Skinner & Sons Cardiff store, staff couldn't be bothered. Didn't want to help us! Unfortunately for Ron Skinner it was the "pretty woman" effect.. we are a young couple with 2 young children, we must be poor can't afford a car worth the commission. WRONG! We bought a car NEXT DOOR instead.. and it wasn't a cheap one either!

No pressure when we arrived to look around, when we had a few that we needed more info on Chris happily approached us, took us through the various cars & then went to get a valuation on mine. Very happy with the valuation & the reduced cost of my new Nissan. Easy transfer/purchase on the date of collection.

Went to Ron Skinner & sons at Neyland to look for a new car which had to accommodate our dog. One of the sales time who was so obliging spent most of the afternoon spent opening the boot to check the size! In the end of the afternoon after a few test drives bought a lovely red BMW Series 1. The whole process ran so smoothly all in the sales team were very polite and so obliging from start to finish. Would definitely recommend a visit when buying a new car
