Called about the car I wanted. Paid a refundable deposit and the car was brought down to the Cardiff showroom the next day. The car was exactly as described and in immaculate condition. Staff were all courteous and helpfu. Probably the most stress free experience I have had buying from a dealer. Highly recommend Ron Skinner & Sons.

I can’t thank Ron Skinner & Sons enough! They were so helpful when I went to their Cardiff showroom. I chose the mini I thought I wanted but changed my mind a few days later. I dreaded calling as everything was ready with the original car to be picked up. I had no need to worry as the staff were excellent with me. I went back down and test drove a few other cars...had a coffee and then made my final decision. No pressure at all! I absolutely love my mini!

Visited recently Ron Skinner to buy a car for my daughter. Salesman was polite, friendly and honest. Didn't have to wait around for prices and finance offers, as salesman could provide without needing to refer to someone else. Everything was discussed properly in accordance with FCA requirements (I know my stuff!!), and I drove away that same day having agreed a great price for a beautiful little nearly new car which my daughter loved. I was promised a spare wheel and jack, and sure enough a few days later they called me to say they were ready to be picked up. Thank you for a great car buying experience.

Dealt with the tradegar & cardiff site and they could not have been more helpful! Have you time to browse and didn’t pressurise at all, went to a few other dealerships and there was no question that dealing with Ron skinner & Sons was by far the easiest!
