Collected a ford mondeo, was told it was "as good as the photos " condition..its had stone chips all round the car that couldn't be seen in pictures, scratches and body panels was out of line, no floor mats and no fuel..at over £8k and them having a week to prep I would have expected more than a back street garage service.
Found a BMW 5 Series was a little worried as was the cheapest available but from start to finish they have been brilliant - Small issue was resolved quickly & Genrally really happy with the car

I brought a car from The Roxburghe Group a couple of months ago. After the drive home the check engine light came on, I booked it to come back and get fixed before close in the week. I arrived at the show room with a few minutes to spare only to find the place locked and the lights off. When I phoned to leave a message and see if anyone was still inside they informed me the decided to close early without notifying me after I had to take time off of work to do so. My biggest issue came a few weeks later though after I had repeated calls from an unknown number when I finally picked up the phone I found out it was from the buyer of the car I part ex'd when I asked him how he got my details he said he got them from the receipts and proof of maintenance from my old car the roxburghe group should've destroyed these receipts as they had my name phone number and address on. My bank has also contacted me which suspicious activity on my account so I have strong reason to believe that this is connected to the breach of the data protection act from this company.
The Roxburghe Group were a Breath of fresh Air. We visited 6 different garages for my new car and they all seemed full of pressure and added extras and ridiculous part ex prices. Mark gave us a really fair price for my old one and good finance just felt everything was chilled and transparent with brilliant cars.

I purchased a Jaguar Estate from The Roxburghe Group in Minworth a couple of months ago, at the point of sale I enquired that, if I was to purchase the vehicle if I could have a piece of trim that had broken off from the boot cover replaced and two seat position selection buttons were missing from the passenger seat, the answer was no problem they will be replaced and I purchased the vehicle. On collecting the vehicle I was told that the button had be ordered and the boot cover had been repaired because the part was not available. The repaired boot cover broke the first time I used it, it had been very messily super glued leaving all of the surrounding area white, this part is under some pressure so super glue was never going to do the job, after two weeks I called to find out where the buttons are, still waiting for Jaguar to supply I was told! after six weeks I am told they are not available!!!! Very Poor Service, Buyers Beware

Roxburghe are a great car dealership, I had a problem with the starter motor which they sorted without charge, my only gripe was there wasn't any petrol in the car and I didn't manage to make it to the petrol station on what was in it, apart from that I cannot fault them.
