I tried to call to to confirm when I had done my last service as I lost my service book but these con artist tried to charge me 25 pounds to let me know when it was. This is the worst dealer I have ever had the experience to deal with in my entire life.

I took my 2018 Peugeot Boxer to these people for an engine management light issue. They said bring it in and we will sort it out for you with our expert diagnostics team. So I took my van into them because they are my closest Peugeot Main Dealer and they promised to fix it the next day. Next they said they had found the problem with the van, it was the cooling fans seized up causing the fault so I will need new cooling fans costing £835.00 in total! Ok I said as they had sold 40 of these fans in the last 3 months so they said and it was a common problem but expensive problem! They fitted the fans and then contacted me saying it wasn't the fans but could be an ECU problem? They then wanted another £1200.00 for the ECU! After taking the fans to an independent garage they said there was nothing wrong with the fans and they worked perfectly so asked them to replace the original fans. The independent garage traced the fault to a broken wire in the fan wiring loom. So after nearly spending over 2K with these people it only cost me £300.00! £200.00 with these rip off merchants for their failed Peugeot diagnostics and wrongly fitted new fans and only £100.00 for the real fix! Do not take your Peugeot to these so called Peugeot Main Dealers!

I would just like to say what a pleaseure it was a again to do business with Roy Tolley Cars and Steve Todd the Peugot Salesman. This is our second new car in just under 2 years and out 3rd car form Steve, Because of the current crisis with chips etc we were able to get a Brand new car, same finance deal, but the top spec model. Steve Todd is polite, chatty and makes you feel at home and you never feel rushed or pressured to purchase a car. Would recomment Steve and the dealership to anyone wanting a new car from a local family business.

My husband had been looking around for an electric car to his liking till we found one on display at Costco, Watford, Herts. Our search led us to Roy Tolley in Colchester. The minute we walked into the showroom, we were greeted and welcomed by Darren who in turn, introduced us to Matthew Head, the Sales Executive. We were meant to be just looking! Without any hassle, we were offered a test drive, entirely on our own for as long as we needed. It was tremendous! Following a very detailed chat on our requirements and a possible part exchange on our current vehicle, we knew at once that we could fully trust the two Executives, in particular Matthew who undertook looking into every detail with us. Without any hesitation, we accepted the offer and ordered an MG Z5 EV Exclusive. What I found truly amazing was that the collection of the car was delayed for over a fortnight to fit in with our pre-booked holiday, giving us the opportunity to take our holiday in our 'old' car with which we were very familiar. We have now collected the car and are set to begin a new learning curve because of the vast difference! I am tempted to have an hour's tuition session with Matthew so I can understand what my husband is referring to when in the driver's seat! We have been totally impressed with the entire showroom. It is bright, clean and beautifully furnished. It has been a pleasure to be introduced to the Service Reception area too. Many thanks.

Steve Todd assisted us in the purchase with 5 star service from beginning to end. A genuine salesman that enjoys his job and it's not all about the money. A happy customer is a customer for life.

I recently went to Toy Trolley to ask about motability scheme. I spoke to Steve Todd who gave me so much advice on what car to choose for my needs. I ended up with the citroen cactus, which is amazing, I just have to say that the help and advice through to the handover of my car, Steve was amazing, answering any questions I had and also giving me a follow on call the next day just to make sure I had no other questions.
