Having just purchased a Jaguar F-Type from Roy Humphrey Prestige Cars. I would like to say what a professional outfit they were to deal with. From first contact until vehicle pick up they were courteous and extremely helpful. A quick look down Google Reviews and you see this... Vehicle was as described. superb condition throughout, worth the 420 mile round trip this is the 5th vehicle I have bought of the Humphrey Group. There will be many more, I am sure of that! Purchased Volvo FH4 truck from Roy Humphreys Prestige Cars. On inspection by Volvo at safety check the vehicle was found to have been fitted with out of specifications front steering tyres (below the load rating) for that axle. On fitment of the correct new tyres, at our expense, one of the supplied tyres purchased with the lorry were found to have been damaged with a tyre lever were the tyre seated onto the wheel rim. This damage was hidden by the wheel rim. When asked for an explanation of why Roy Humphreys had supplied a 44 ton Hgv fitted with incorrect and damaged steering tyres for use on the road no explanation was forthcoming. I would advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to consider their options very carefully.

I purchased a Porsche from Roy Humphries earlier this year and the service provided by Tim was second to none. He is a very professional straight talking gent and it was a pleasurable experience, which was not what I was expecting buying a second hand car. I had an issue with the validity of the warranty on the vehicle which was thought to have been supplied with the vehicle via the manufacturer. Turned out it was only valid for the previous owner!, This was a surprise to both myself and Tim at Roy Humphries. However, the car was sold to me with what was thought a full year of Porsche warranty. Whan I contacted Tim, he couldn't have been more helpful and honourable. He immediately purchased a Porsche approved warranty for me at their expense, which I now have on the vehicle for a full 12 months. Can't recommend more highly.

After taking delivery of a so called pristine condition car we noticed a few minor issues, after making contact with Roy Humphrey Prestige Cars they basically said you had time to inspect it and it's your problem, not what you expect when purchasing a car almost £30k!! Very disappointed, they never even asked what the issues are!!!

I purchased a Rolls Royce Phantom and a Range Rover from Roy Humphrey Prestige Cars part of the Roy Humphrey Group, the sales director Tim Hodgson who I dealt with is without doubt one of the most professional, knowledgable and an all round nice chap to do business with, a breath of fresh air from the main dealers I have dealt with in the past, the price was right, no pressure and the way the cars were prepared were exactly as the advert said-pristine!! I have referred many of my friends and business colleagues to Tim, and I am pleased to say each referral has resulted in a deal being struck with excellent feed back. All I can say is I am a customer for life.
