Just collected our A class Mercedes after visiting & test driving twice with no pressure at all. All the staff were very helpful.

Called about a car on a Friday and asked if we could come on a Saturday (the next day) to view. Explained we are looking for a car to drive away that day and we’re cash buyers. Asked if we could come around lunch time as we live quite far away not sure how long it would take but was made to book an exact time so we agreed 12.30. Drove nearly 2 hours arrive at 12.25 to be told that the car had just been sold that morning. Was quite annoyed as we didn’t just turn up unannounced but thought as we were there may as well see what else they had. It was raining and when I asked they looked outside and said “go and help yourselves they’re all open” No offer of any help what so ever, no question of what we might be interested in, no apology for wasting our time or any sort of customer service. Appreciate that we may not of turned up at all but I only rang the guys mobile number 24 hours earlier, he could of had the decency to call or txt and let me know it had been sold. Lucky escape really as I can’t imagine the aftercare you would (or wouldn’t) receive if you did purchase a vehicle here!

Unfortunately we can’t keep a note of every persons number that rings up and says they are going to come and view a car and understandably not every caller turns up when they say they’re going to. I fully understand that you are annoyed at this but we could not turn business down when the other person turned up and wanted to buy the car there and then. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that we caused you and hope that you can understand that we are an reputable family business.
Top quality dealership. Hassle free from start to finish and probably the best experience of buying a car I've had. Dean was an excellent salesman and sorted out a small issue with the car straight away. I would definitely buy from here again.
Very happy with my experience with this dealership. Only had very minor issues with the car but these were all resolved immediately after they were addressed. The car was very good value for money and the salesmen were great and were more than happy to do the repairs. All in all can't fault them, top service.
