It was a great service, told everything I needed to know

The men treated me with kindness and provided excellent customer service. They made me feel very comfortable when enquiring about cars as i didn’t have much knowledge. Overall customer service was great and very helpful, leading me to buy an amazing car which has been in perfect condition.

From the start to finish very helpful in the buying process of the car and the car was great nothing wrong with it and drives great would highly recommend if you are looking for a car.

I bought an audi q5 off this garage once I started driving around notice few noises didn't think much to it then it started leaking. So I took it to audi manufacturers. Thinking its OK I've got warranty which I also bought from this garage. Nope don't cover any of the cost. Only to find out the cost of all the repairs on the car is £4300 the car is an absolute death trap front bushings gone rear shocks leaking ad blue leaking. Absolute scam there all nice until you try get something back and they don't want to know I'm in the middle of seeking trading standards absolute joke. STAY WELL CLEAR UNLESS YOU WANT A CAR THATS WORTH SCRAP VALUE

Bought a car from here recently. Said engine and electronics were all perfect. Drove it home and loads of warnings and error codes on car. When asked about it, not keen to help, refund or anything. Awful tradesmen

Bought a car in May from here, asked for an MOT completing, which they were reluctant to do at first. They eventually agreed, it failed at first, but then passed. Front tyres both illegal with cords exposed! Tyres were clearly changed for for MOT and then old tyres put back on. We have just had car serviced after only having it for approx 10 weeks, to be told that there was no way that this car would have passed an MOT legitimately. They clarified that the tyres on the car met the description of the tyres that had failed the MOT. The oil filter was completely blocked and has starved the engine of oil, causing significant failings and the car to stop running. The car had to be scrapped 10 weeks after purchasing it from this garage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE!! I would rate no stars at all, but one was the lowest that I could do.

After reading the reviews online for this place we was apprehensive about buying a car from here but we decided to take a look anyway, just to get a feel for some different cars if nothing else. I have to say, I’m glad we did. They was brilliant.! We test drove a few cars and found one that we liked however on the test drive, we noticed a slight noise coming from the front passenger side. As soon as we returned, the mechanic took the car out and had an idea as to what it might be. The put the car on the ramp, fixed the issue right there and then whilst we went for a costa and then allowed us to test drive it again before making any kind of purchase. The car was immaculate inside and out, with a full service history and everything you would expect from a reputable dealer. We drove away with the car same day, with three months warranty and a good price paid. I would highly recommend.!!!!
