No complaints, I purchased a Mercedes from here back in September. The staff were helpful and the car was very nice and clean and in very good condition. there were a few marks that were not mentioned but nothing too bad. The car is good value for money and up to now I have had no issues with it. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Travelled over 140 miles to purchase a car from Roydens which we had been assured was in pristine condition, only to discover that the reason it was a good price was because it had numerous scuff marks on body work & wheel hubs, a patch up job on the wing mirror was horrendous. Do not believe a word that they say and their sales techniques have a lot to be desired.

We are surprised and sorry to hear you were disappointed with the vehicle, the marks in question was 1 CM touch up on a wing mirror and a minor mark on the black plastic on the top of the loading bay into the boot. Our vehicle are presented to a very high standard, higher than most approved main dealer used stock. Unfortunately the vehicle was a used product the only way to get a higher standard would be to purchase a new vehicle. The vehicle was sold 3 days later to a very happy customer, we do try to price our vehicles competitively and present them to a high standard as we have done over the last 30 years.
I bought a BMW from Roydens in September, I was spoilt for choice on the forecourt but the sales team helped me narrow down my choice. The car itself is wonderful, it looks stunning and is definitely an upgrade on my last car. I would have no reservations dealing with them again.

brilliant, car was spotless, washed, cleaned When purchasing my car from Roydens Ltd the staff were brilliant, when I first went to view it it was getting dark but the staff did not rush me, the gave me keys and allowed me to look the car over thoroughly, I looked into everything and the staff left me to do so, but was always there if I needed help or any questions answering. The car was spotless, it was washed, clean and exactly as described to be, the only slight issue is that the re-spray on the wheels has slightly faded - with this in mind I still recommend the dealership and certainly give them top marks! Brilliant
