I purchased a Citroen Relay from Rodney and can honestly say the service has been first class. A couple of issues identified in the vehicle were rectified quickly and he even called at my home to assist with one of these issues. Rodney was willing to give lots of additional information and helpful hints without any encouragement.

A total cowboy! I bought a car from him before which turned out to be a complete piece of junk. When I said it to him he said he would fix the car as it was under warranty but then proceeded to ignore any further calls from me. Do not buy anything from this man Despite what excuse he says about him being mixed up with someone in Newry he is talking absolute bullish*t, it's definitely red headed Rodney from Ballyclare that I'm reviewing. He's a fierce nice fella when he's selling you a car until it becomes apparent it's a piece of sh*t when you drive it outside his garage. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN

I bought a car from Rod in August. The sales service from Rod was brilliant and I'm delighted with the car. Recently I had a couple of small issues with the car. Without hesitation Rod took it from me, have me a courtesy car and fixed the problems. These were routine issues and many a dealer would have said its down to buyer to fix. The aftersales service is something that is usually forgotten about or not dealt with properly. However Rod gives both a fantastic sales and aftersales service. Would highly recommend.

Hi , just want to let you know that I purchased my second car from Rodney. My first car I had for three years, and not a moment's trouble did I have in them three years. Most of all, if I needed and information about it, I just got in contact with Rodney and found him to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of the motor and the trade in general. I then purchased my second car from him and, to be honest, because it was tip Tronic, he even took the time outta his busy schedule to take me on a driving lesson to show me how to drive the vehicle properly, How many car dealers do you know that would do that? I certainly have no hesitation in recommending Rodney to any of my friends who are looking a good car with excellent after service. I would highly recommend R R cars I bought a Mini Cooper S last weekend and found the owner to be very helpful and honest, I had a minor issue with my air conditioning and when I rang Ralph he told me to bring it up the next day where it got sorted there and then. Bought a Honda Estate 2 months ago from Rod of RR Cars, and can safely say his professionalism & personal touch was first class. I met his son, sons girlfriend, wife, dog & cat when I visited his premises!!. His son actually brought the car to me for a test drive. Car had a minor warning light after about a week – I contacted Rod and he cut short his holiday to call at my home that day and quickly sorted the issue. I would highly recommend.

RR Cars went above and beyond, brilliant service from this excellent family run business. Helped us out buying a super 1st car and then took care of the car when it was badly damaged a year later in a car park and left with no contact details. I cannot recommend this wonderful place and wonderful people highly enough.
