The service from Ryan was exemplary. He went over and above the call of duty in ensuring the car was perfect. It lacked a Mercedes Bluetooth device and he sourced and paid for it. This was an exceptional gesture as the part was £100 and he was not duty bound or responsible for it. Really nice car. Really nice guys. Would recommend Ry-Mels Car Sales wholeheartedly.

I fell for the father & son speech and "I just came back from Australia to help my father" line. Knocked me down with the trade-in as well. Since I've had my car from them I have discovered that the underneath was completely rusted away. Had to replace brakes, brake discs, shocks (front) and steering column. Had to pay for a full service (cam belt never changed), so don't believe their paperwork. I wish I had just walked away from Ry-Mels Car Sales. You live & learn I guess.
