S Express Car Sales stated the vehicle I bought a Honda CR-V was in excellent condition throughout and that it had a 12 months MOT. I've had the vehicle less than a week and it's already failed an MOT that it currently doesn't have and the bodywork underneath requires work totally at this moment in time £200. The sunroof doesn't work and they keep asking me to bring the vehicle back to them at my own expense which I'm unable to do as I live over 60 miles away.

ive purchased a honda cr-v from there today not happy will be taking it to an independant guarage tomorrow for a report.do you still have the car you got from them if not was YUG part of the registration?? how did you get on if the independant report i get tomorrow is as im dreading i will reject it in accordance with the ( consumer rights act ) It has an MOT dated 10th July i collected it today 11th at 3pm. Also put a car in part x i think ive made a big mistake im about 24miles from them. Please get back to me asap. this is the description they gave on the car ive got

just a follow up there where some faults with the car i took it back to s express and showed them the list and we both went through the list a lot of what was on the list they could have sorted themselves but there was also some on the list that they could get done elsewhere.So they offered me a choice of letting them sort it or a full refund.I opted for the full refund as i would have been without transport and im 25miles away.Please note i did not go marching in and asking for a refund. It was they who mentioned the refund option. I would have given them the chance to put things rite but i cannot do without transport.

I have bought 3 cars over the years from S Express Car Sales and never had a problem.
After sales is really good and any minor niggles get sorted without question both before sale and after sale.
I would definitely buy from them again.

I have had a couple of issues with my car from S Express. I have spoken to the dealers and they are willing to fix it but they want to to travel 6 miles with the car to them which I can't do. The car was in good condition when I received it and The car was a reasonable price. I would recommend the dealership, just wish it wasn't so far away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS! GOOGLE ABOUT THEM BEFORE YOU BUY THEY'RE EVEN ON THE WATCHDOG WEBSITE ALOT OF PEOPLE SEEM TO HAVE THE SAME ISSUES WITH THEM EVEN THE POSSITIVE ONES HAVE THE SAME ISSUES BUT CLAIM THEY SORTED AFTERWARDS, THEY WONT BE COME MOT DAY! MOT IS ALSO ADVERISED AT 12 MONTHS THATS WRONG RING YOUR INSURANCE FOR THE CAR YOU SEE AND YOU'LL FIND ITS ALOT LESS! THEY SELL FAULTY CARS AND LEAVE YOU TO DEAL WITH AND PAY FOR THE MESS! IT WOULD GIVE ME GREAT PLEASURE TO SEE THIS DEALERSHIP CLOSED DOWN! THEY BUY CARS CHEAP AND THEN 'FIX THEM UP' THAT WOULD BE BODGE JOBBING THEM SO THEY WORK TEMPORARILY! 2 OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE BOUGHT FROM THEM IN THE PAST AND ALL HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS IN THE END! IF I HAD KNEW THAT I WOULD NEVER OF BOTHERED GOING THERE! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ELSEWHERE THEY REALLY DONT DESERVE THE BUISNESS AND YOU CERTAINLY DON'T NEED THE AGRO AND THE BILL COME MOT DAY!

I bought a Peugeot 307 from here in August. It was in very good condition and had been nicely cleaned when I received it but I did have some issues with the AC which the dealership got sorted eventually but it did take 3 or 4 trips back to them. Overall, I am happy with my experience and I would recommend this dealership.

In July I went to S Express Car Sales and bought a VW Golf and up to now I have had no issues, I would definitely recommend them. The car was really nice and clean and in very good shape. It drives really well and is great value for money. The whole process was really straight forward and the staff were always on hand to help when I needed it.

The car was rejected as it was not for for purpose. There were numerous issues with the car and we only had it for two days before it wouldn't start at all. Would not recommend.
