Went to trade my car in a bit Safeway Car Sales, i was a bit nervous cause i had bad experience with trading companies, they are quite rough and always try to knock the price down as much as they can. I drove my car here in hopes for trading the car straight for an other one, unfortunately we discovered i had a blown headgasket, which i was unaware of, however we sat Down with Nigel, the owner of the place and he helped me out and we negotiated a price that fit both of us. Honestly i havent had such a pleasant experience trading any car before, very nice friendly atmosphere, i also got to know Peter one of their colleauges that was very friendly. This is what all car dealing and trading companies should feel like, straight to the point no dodgy rough talks, try to find a solution that fits both parties and being honest. I would only recommend them to go to get a car from, or trade, you wont be disappointed I wish all the success for them with the company because they deserve it!

I had to travel 150 miles from South Shields to Safeway Cars Sales so I was a bit weary of car not been as described but Neil assured me by phone that it was in immaculate condition throughout , upon arriving at Safeway cars and when I seen the fiesta st it was absolutely in showroom condition I’m so happy and I would certainty use Safeway cars again Neil a very helpfull guy indeed . On the phone Safeway Car Sales were very helpful, down to earth and honest. So when I went to look at the car there were no surprises. The price was v reasonable and so I didn’t even feel the need to start haggling over a few £. Drove it away after sorting out temp insurance. ( after a fairly long test drive ) .
